    perfect face lift for my kitchen ! ! ! ! !

This company deserves more than 5 stars. From start to finish, this company and their team, made replacing my kitchen counter tops an enjoyable experience. First I went to 5 companies for quotes. Granite Top was, by far, the best quote I received. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. They even delivered my counter tops during a snow storm. Every one did an excellent job, and I am so in Love with my beautiful white quartz counter tops. I look forward to remodeling my bathroom now. Wish I had more business to give them!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the prompt and professional service we received from Granite Top. The installation was professionally completed on time. We were working on a our home remodeling project. We need quartz countertops for our bathrooms, kitchen island and stove area. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Truly incredible work at a great price with skilled labor, excellent finishing, and a flexible schedule! We had such great experience with them that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your countertop need. Check out the photos of the finished work I'v attached! I am. I am very happy with them! Zula and her group are amazing!!! You guys ROCK! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!!

We live on Vashon and called 4 counter top companies with quite a few questions on drilling out the drain, finishes, materials and the smoothing of edges. Only Granite Top Inc, called us back at all. We needed a very specific custom curved back-splash. They helped us to pick out the appropriate material, drilled for the drain and faucet, smoothed the edges and created the back-splash from a drawing. It could not have been more perfect. It was ready in just a few days and looks and fits perfectly. They were as friendly as they were competent and professional. This is the only company to call, especially for a DIY project.

    Chips on our countertop.

RUN AWAY! Do not let the low prices pull you in...Our experience with Tom (the owner) has been the worst experience of our lives....he literally held our entire home remodel "hostage" because he refused to refabricate and correct his mistakes in a timely manner...he told us that we were "not his only customers" and he would get around to revising things "when he had time". He then promised us a refund, refused to honor his promise, but then gave us a refund after I threatened to go to the BBB and escalate the issue. Tom is charming and your best friend when you are in the buying process and have no complaints; however, he quickly turns into an argumentative, disrespectful man if you have issues with his workmanship. I had to go purchase a new stone and get a new company to come finish the project. PLEASE STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!

They are very sweet and kind people very lucky to find them . We choose the in our Kitchen Sparkly white Quirts it is beautiful shiny makes me always happy. Highly recommend the Amazing team

AND - both Tom and Zula came after work to install it for us - on a Saturday no less - because they didn't want us to wait for it.

TASK: Remove existing backsplash and countertop and install a new backsplash and countertop…read more PROBLEM 1: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE COUNTERTOPS. Nothing was covered. All contents of the drawers were contaminated by demolition materials. In addition, during the demolition, the underlayment of the countertops was damaged. As stated in the contract, this was not to be addressed by Granite and Marble Specialists (GMS). Once the island countertop was removed, you could see that a heavy layer of glue remained on the underlay. The installers said that that was not their responsibility. They installed the countertop over the uneven underlayment of the residual glue. This meant that there were up to 1/2 inch gaps between the counter and the underlayment, stretching a span of 108.5 inches. Over time, this will lead to instability and breakage of the stone. The installers forged ahead and installed the new countertop independent of the gaps. The installers were adamant that they had installed the island countertop to level. RESULT: We had to remove the new countertop and have the surface sanded to level before having them reinstall the countertop. PROBLEM 2: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE BLACKSPLASH AFTER DEMOLITION. This meant that it was the homeowner's responsibility to install drywall and to make sure that the backsplash was level. The backsplash was 1.5 inches unlevel from one end of the backsplash to the other. Thus, in addition to the provision of drywall because the existing drywall was damaged during demolition, we had to shim the drywall to ensure the backsplash was level for the backsplash installation. RESULT: We had to go buy wood, cut it to the specific dimensions and install the new underlayment for the backsplash. IN SUM: GMS provided what the contract stated, an installed countertop and backsplash. It was not stated in the contract that it be level or that it be level to the degree that it was level prior to the new installation. The installers showed it to be level because the countertop was 108.5 inches long X 46 inches wide X 3cm deep. So, BEWARE. If this is the type of installation you are looking for, this is the organization for you.

Humph!.... Either you do... ? Or You Don't!…read more We wanted to consider a lazy-Susan for a blind-corner. .. our contractor worked with Krafter's land kitchen planner. Krafter's land only sales 'standard' cabinets. A standard Lay-Susan is 35 X 35 with a door opening of about 12-inches on each side. .. so.... How did my NON-Standard 33 X 33" lazy Susan come with 6" openings?.. 3-to- 6" inches less than the standard opening? I have three-Blind-Corners. Krafter's COULD-NOT accommodate a cabinet that would fill this whole area. They wanted me to accept a cabinet that would only fill part of this space. Hmmmm! Aren't blind corners a standard? And they don't accommodate? The planner's ambition seemed to desire to fill my walls with cabinets... it did not matter if the lower cabinets were aligned with the upper cabinets... did not matter. Putting in a two-door cabinet on one wall and putting two individual single cabinets across the way (thus minimizing my storage space).. and the there are the spacers .... An inch here, three inches there.. all eating up my precious storage space. Oh it Looks Gorgeous.... But nothing is aligned--- 4 cabinets up top, three on the bottom and none of the lines match. The cabinets themselves are beautiful!.... And I am a baker. I asked for roll-out shelves/drawers.... My baking shelf has 10# white flour, 10# wheat flour, 5# of both white and brown sugar..... guess what?.... Their roll-out shelves can-NOT carry this kind of a load... this load will cause dragging and musfunction. Hmmmm And the final clincher..... you buy- puck up and install--- they are yours. No returns. But they are pretty!

We were doing a full renovation of our home, including a full kitchen remodel. We decided to use Quartzite and understood there would be a number of challenges ahead, including very tight budget and time constraints. We had several contractors working simultaneously, and inevitably hit budget overruns and time delays. We interviewed and worked with several other major countertop vendors, and not only did their customer service leave much to be desired, but our selected vendor fell through at the last minute because they oversold their material. When we reached out to Evergreen, from the start everything was different. We were dealing directly with the owner, who supported us through the whole process, from slab selection to fitting, installation and everything in between. The quote was highly competitive and market-aware, payment was very straight forward and, though we had minor unforeseen issues, they were completely and masterfully handled. Even after the installation was done, we needed help with an issue that was totally outside his responsibility. In the end, we came out ahead of our remodel schedule, within budget, and with a fantastic kitchen. Truly, cannot recommend it further!
