She was just super nice and made sure the unit was clean. When we returned it she asked how everything went and made sure we were happy. Beware dont buy appliances at Lowes I had the most horrible experience paid for a new…read morerefrigerator...they sold me the floor model and did not tell me tell I got the refrigerator floor model or as they said dummy model didnt relieze this tell i saw the paper work and it said floor model started taking it apart to clean it it was nasty dirty behind all the drawers .it was delivered on a Sunday the delivery was the most horrible experience ever the guy refused to connect the water line told my husband to do it himself we were told after we purchased a new line the delivery guy would do the install unless there was a copper fitting which there was not ...the delivery driver left my house swearing in Spanish at his Co worker calling my husband all kinds of nasty names now im stuck with a refrigerator thats not hooked up to the water line I have 48 hours to return it but I have to work during the week they keep giving g me a window from 7am -7pm I told them I have to work they said they would ask if I could get evening delivery to be picked up ...but they keep giving me the morning 4 hour window they call late in the evening or text the night before for the time they give you Lowes is the worst customer service ever

We had actually stopped at the Lowe's in Tukwila first, but I was surprised to find their shelves so empty--they were completely out of stock. Coming here was the right move! The store was clean, well-organized, and had exactly what we needed. I also felt that the prices here are generally more affordable compared to Lowe's. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, with staff members greeting us as we walked around. Even at the self-checkout, the attendant was very kind and helpful. Overall, a very satisfying shopping trip!

Since moving to Cap Hill last month, I've visited this store various times for help with different…read morerepairs around my new apartment and every time the employees are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. When I was struggling to mount a shelf, I got advice from one of the employees who was super friendly and explained to me exactly how to screw in the L brackets I was struggling with. He walked me over to the aisle and showed me exactly which screws would and wouldn't work for my project and explained to me how the screws would interact with different wall materials. Most recently I dropped by just before they closed to pick up drywall paste and a pallette knife. Despite me walking in ten minutes before they were supposed to shut, they didn't make me feel rushed at all and helped me find what I was looking for. I always prefer supporting a local business and I love having a neighbourhood hardware supply store I can count on with employees who feel kinda like family.
