Out of curiosity I checked the reviews for this place and decided I was not imagining things. My mother and I went in with my two well-behaved children. We have a business and I whole-heartedly respect the work that goes into staging product. Therefore, my kiddos are always reminded and are not running, grabbing or yelling in stores. The woman behind the counter glared at us and seemed put out that we had even entered. The kids were great and we had intended on buying quite a bit of things for a dinner party coming up. She then said some very rude comments to my children when they smelled some candles. I was just floored; we took off immediately. I ignore a lot of nastiness, because, well, it doesn't seem to be worth confronting, but DO not mess with my kids. I love to support Gig Harbor businesses and do every chance I get. I will buy from a GH business, but not from Bella... I don't patron rude shop owners.

From the beautiful dinnerware and serve ware to incredible imported linens plus a full assortment of kitchen implements, Bella is a jewel. Owner Terese is so accommodating and knowledgeable. Just to browse the artful displays is a pleasure. Bella is a real compliment to our small intimate shops in Gig Harbor, plus a resource for our residents for items we couldn't easily find without venturing to Seattle or Bellevue. What a gem.

I can't stress it enough stay away from this company unless you can find ur own staller. Can't even install the molding right, I mean I respect the installer his pretty up in the age but man I wish I never met these company. If I can give them negative 5 stars I will. Now I have to hire another people to fix there half fast job. Oh I just found out that the cabinet shelves won't go in anymore because he did not plan it right so the microwave has to go out again or cut the shelves in half. Unbelievable, and the installer just left leaving all his trash in my garage. I was trying to tell him what he can do to fix the problem but just ignored me. I had to go to the gym and box to let me frustrations out. YEAH THAT BAD.

They helped us design the right cabinet solution for our kitchen remodel. They're professional, easy to communicate with, flexible, and worked hard to understand what we wanted. They take a tremendous amount of pride in their work and NEVER cut corners. We were really impressed with the attention to detail during the install, and couldn't be more pleased with our cabinets! Excellent value for price. Highly recommended!

We did our due diligence and got four bids before deciding on a contractor to do a full remodel of…read moreboth the bathrooms in our home. One of the bids we threw out as unrealistic and so low that it was obvious there would be complications. The other three came in surprisingly within fifteen dollars of each other. Why did we choose Kelley Home Services? When the others told us they could not do a custom shower pan (longer that 6 feet), or said that they could not install cabinets that we had bought seperately, or use paint that we already had on hand, Kelley said "Sure, no problem, we have a master tiler who can do that custom pan, of course you want the cabinets to match the kitchen, we would be glad to install them for you." Time and again Kelley said yes when others wanted to steer us toword a better porfit margen for them. Lets talk about the people we got to work with: Pat Kelley, contractor, owner, and very competent leader. He never said no, and never failed to contact us back within 24 hours, even on Memorial Day and 4th of July. Randy, the supervisor and master tiler on our job was polite, respectful and funny. He made sure the crew was there everyday on time, and that all our expectations were met. Every single day, at the end of the day he told us what they had accomplished that day, exactly when they would return, and what they would be trying to accomplish the next day. We always knew what to be ready for, what to expect, and what we could do to help. So smooth! The sub contractors who work with Pat Kelley are outstanding. Both the pumber and electrician knew their stuff, made every change we had asked for without hesitation and replaced like with like; copper pipe with copper, high quality professional grade recepticals, etc. The entire project was completed on time, on budget and best of all, we all parted as friends. Outstanding job guys! And thank you sooo much.

After 58 years of living in the same house in Seattle, it was time for my Mother to downsize, sell…read morethe house and move to be with my husband and me in Port Orchard. Only problem was that my house is only 1275 square feet and just too small for another bedroom. We designed a separate mother-in-law apartment, had plans made, permits secured and started a search for a reliable, affordable contractor to do the work. After interviewing several others, we were very impressed with Pat Kelley's professionalism and knowledge, but what won us over was his warmth and concern about making this project a safe, practical, and cozy home for my Mom. The construction got underway. Kelleys handled everything with patience and transparency. They communicated openly about budget, modifications and materials, performing the work beautifully. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic happened as we were nearing completion. Kelleys handled our frustration with compassion, complied with all kinds of new regulations, and finally kicked our project through the goalpost, giving us a beautiful new living space. My Mom loves her new MIL apartment, and we love Kelley's Home Services. They walk their talk and can deliver what you're looking for with quality and integrity. Can't say enough good things about them!

Most of the process…read morewas excellent, but surprisingly, our experience ended on a sour note such that we will not use Pius again and recommend caution to anyone who does. Sophie, the manager at the very nice Pius Tacoma showroom and our only contact in dealing with our project, was very helpful in all aspects of selecting the granite stone. A trip to the Pius warehouse in Seattle 's SoDo neighborhood near Century Link Stadium showed quite an impressive operation as we selected our stone panels. The installers did an amazing job of measurement, stone cutting, and tight fitting installation - but that is when things began to go wrong. Pius has great prices but be forewarned, they only install and are not responsible for anything other than putting the countertops in. You are responsible for tearing out your old countertops and preparing your home with floor coverings to protect from dirt and dust. That's OK as they made it clear that is how they operate. And there is a lot of dust from cutting the countertops in your driveway or front yard that they "try" to clean up "as best they can". Our problem and deep disappointment and let-down was their refusal to address the inadequate final cleaning of the countertops. The installers left a residue of fine dust and a thin film of glue that blemished the luster of the countertops. The head installer did wipe down the countertops with acetone but never changed rags and left a covering of dust and film. We asked him about it as he finished, and he said we "could use Windex for a final cleaning". OUR MISTAKE - We should have insisted right then that he redo his cleaning to remove the dust and film because as we found out after he left, our attempts with Windex did not remove the thin film of glue on the countertops. We emailed Sophie detailed pictures and videos of the blemished countertops along with observations proving this was dust and a film of glue that should have been removed by their installers. And we asked her to send someone to inspect and fully clean the countertops. Additionally, a 3rd party contractor we used to remove the old countertops who is a contractor Pius routinely works with also told Sophie the countertops were not properly cleaned. To all this, Sophie never called to clarify our comments and instead emailed a response that what we were seeing were "normal stone defects" they could not take out. Her comment was totally false! We researched cleaning products and to our great relief, we were able to clean the dust and film from the countertops to our full satisfaction. However, the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and owning up for something they were responsible to handle soured us from doing further business we were planning to do in remodeling our kitchen. We will never use Pius Kitchen and Bath again and don't care how good their prices might be. If you still decide to use Pius, be sure to observe and carefully inspect the final cleaning and insist the installers fully clean your new countertops to the same luster you see in their showroom.
