There was a lot of complicated work involved including intricate tile work and James executed the work flawlessly. We have received many compliments on the tile work that James did and all of his work has held up well. James was very respectful of our home and cleaned up his work areas well. Not only does James take great pride in his work, he is also a competent, intelligent, kind, and hard working family man. We had no hesitation leaving James a key to the house to work while we were away. We highly recommend James if you are looking for a contractor who is trustworthy.

Being a contractor myself, I know all the tricks and am glad to report that James is a man of his word and does what he promises. The tile layout was on point as everything came out perfectly with grout lines perfectly aligned with room features. I'm a perfectionist and James delivered! I am so thrilled to have found Sam and QPC for our renovation needs. There was a whole list of…read moreimprovements I had in mind, and he made them all happen on a faster timeline and on a much lower budget than any other estimates I received. We completely gutted the den, evened the floors, put in radiant floor heating, sealed off the small door to the patio and put in sliding glass doors, and completely reconfigured the laundry/half bath/water heater space! And, very importantly, he did an absolutely gorgeous job. His company is smaller, which means less overhead and, in my experience, very client-focused and driven to excellence. From the beginning Sam was very communicative and throughout the process was available to talk through any questions/ideas/concerns I had. In the end, he stuck close to his initial estimates (the few additional costs had been flagged and discussed with and agreed upon by me before they were incurred), and completed the work well within the initial timeframe. I definitely recommend Sam/QPC for your next home renovation project!
