The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. I've been left with visibly damaged carpet and zero accountability. I feel completely taken advantage of, and the end result looks cheap and unfinished.

To make it short and simple- they are the best. The best professionals, amazing people. We had a disaster. The side of our cabinet was ruined by mistake in the house we just bought. To say that we were upset would be an understatement. We were devastated . Gentry were extremely busy, booked up for the next 8 months ahead. They took us out of goodness of their heart and squeezed us into their very busy schedule. And what a great job they did! The solution they offered was simple yet genius. The side of our cabinet looks so good now that I even entertain myself with a thought that maybe I need to finish all of them in the same way. We cannot be happier with the result. We work with Aaron. His is wonderful. It is amazing to see a young guy with literally 90 years of experience. It is simply in his DNA. They used solid hardwoods to handcraft their cabinet doors and used made in USA hardware. They made helpful suggestions to increase our storage space and still stay within our planned budget. I was pulling some towels out of the bathroom cabinet and my hinge came apart. Very frustrated I couldn't figure out to attach it, I called Gentry's and spoke to Kevin. They came primed and holes were drilled for the hinges (something I would recommend to anyone doing a project like this).
