This is not a product review as I was not able to get anything from this guys. I tried to get a quote for my kitchen replacement project (from New Leaf Cabinets & Countertops which now part of cfmfloors ). I had all cabinets sizes with exact list of what I needed. I sent quote request to this guys with several pictures of my kitchen that shows layout. But after several back and forth they were not able to provide me an estimate. They require you to do this over the phone even if there is zero reason to do so. They had all necessary information to provide estimate for me but they just wasted my and their time. Earlier this year, New Leaf designed and installed the kitchen that should have been in the house all along. I appreciate this kitchen every day! Shane took a tiny footprint and designed a space that is infinitely more usable and beautiful. The "kidney bean" pullouts in particular are the envy of everyone who sees them. We love our gray cabinets with space-saving features, quartz countertop, large stainless sink, and industrial-looking fixture. Huge upgrades all around! One of the reasons we went with New Leaf is that the installers are company employees, not contractors. They did a great job removing the old cabinets and countertop, and installing the new. At our request, they even preserved our backsplash. The crew was friendly and professional, and clearly care about the quality of their work. New Leaf recently completed a kitchen remodel on our home in Tacoma. From beginning to end Rob and his team did great work. My wife and I have done several extensive renovation projects ourselves and this was the first major project in-which we used a contractor. Due in large part to our experience, we have very high expectations when it comes to contractors and Rob and the New Leaf team did not disappoint. The team was always professional and courteous and Rob consistently went out of his way to answer all of our questions which were likely significantly more than most of his clients. Like most major renovations, there were a few hiccups along the way and Rob handled them superbly. In addition, Rob stuck to his estimate even though he probably could've justified including some additional charges due to a couple of unforeseen issues. In the end, the kitchen turned out beautifully and we are very grateful to Rob and the team at New Leaf for their help in giving us a dream kitchen that has significantly improved the livability of our house. read more

I just recently made a purchased with New Leaf Cabinets. Let's just say, I gave this company an impossible budget, but a very realistic one for the average consumer. I needed quality cabinets for just under or at 6 grand. Shane Beck, really came through for me. He honestly constructed my dream kitchen. I even got a spice rack!! The quality of my cabinets is way better than anything I could've purchased at Lowes or Home Depot for the same price. I know because the house we bought had brand new cabinets from Home Depot, but they got ruined in the removal/ demo. So the purchasing of cabinets weren't even on our radar till we were forced to buy them. When I received my cabinets from New Leaf, I did a side by side comparison, the "new cabinets" that we got rid of looked like garbage in comparison to what Shane provided. Not to mention, my husband insisted on installing the cabinets himself, Shane coached him on the do's and the do nots. He pretty much walked him through the whole project, which he definitely didn't have too! After it was all said and done, we actually went back for an island . After shopping for cabinets at several different places I was literally at my wits end before I found New Leaf. They not only beat most of the other prices I had received, but they actually listened to what I wanted and made me feel like my business was important to them. Robert was extremely detailed during the design process and took the time to answer all my questions. Their install crew was punctual and professional in every aspect. There were a few small items that weren't perfect that I didn't notice until after the install was complete, but when I called them about it three weeks later they came out the next day and resolved them without hesitation. New Leaf did two projects: replace basement stairway and build furnace room. They routinely messed up (water leak in basement leaving us without water for hours, walls aren't straight, they replaced stair treads due to being miscut, drywall was poorly puttied, and I had to ride them just to actually finish the projects.) Workers often left dangerous materials in yard & basement after hours despite contract stating that they wouldn't (we have kid & dogs). Project took a week extra due so many mistakes and was still low quality. Despite being paid on time &in full owner continues to gossip about us to another contractor we worked with. SO unprofessional. read more

Last year we had New Leaf design and install new cabinets/counters in our Kitchen, Laundry and powder bath. The final product was beautiful and perfect. Because of that experience we returned to New Leaf this year to do the Master bath, Jack & Jill vanities, and another cabinet in the shower room. Just like last year, it is perfect! Here is my review: A thousand stars to New Leaf Cabinets! This incredible company turned my 40-year-old "honey oak" kitchen into a cream colored dream, with their gorgeous cabinets! The designer, Philip, had incredible attention to detail. The cabinets were ordered to perfection, and arrived on-time, with no errors. The installation team, Alex, Marcus and Frank, were artists and skilled craftsmen. They were very detailed oriented and went above and beyond a simple cabinet installation. For example, they repaired any holes they found in the walls when the old cabinets were taken out. Knowing that I was going to put on a new backsplash, and realizing that the new cabinets could be damaged when I chipped out the old tiles, they chipped out the old tiles for me! They repaired the sheetrock and skim coated the backsplash area in preparation for the new tiles! When they realized that the new toe kick was deeper than the old one, and I (a senior citizen) would have to get down on my knees to fix the tiles, they shimmed out the toe-kick so I would not have to deal with it. I purchased cabinets and counter tops from New Leaf in Dec of 2018. I love the look of my kitchen and the cabinets and counter tops are quality made. There are a few things that I am unhappy with. First of all if your going to sell a product in your store you should know the price. If you have to give an estimate it should be in "good faith". Our door handles were estimated at $6ea for a total of $186.00. After paying $25000.00 and everything was installed, We received another bill for an extra 313.00 for hardware. Going from $186.00 to $499.00 is not a estimate its a lie. We requested 3 drawer cabinets and got 4 drawer cabinets. They are barely big enough to put a pot holder in. There is also an end of the trim left unfinished. There was also an extra charge on the bill for $210.00. This was for backsplash template changes. We requested the backslash be even with the windowsill. Instead the backslash sits on top of the windowsill. We emailed our concerns to Katie and didn't get a response. We unhappily paid the extra $575.82. read more

Beyond pleased working with Katie at New Leaf Cabinets. I had searched no less than 8 other countertop manufacturers. New Leaf was the only company that allowed me to purchase by square foot vs the entire slab. Replacing a 66in bathroom countertop so buying an entire slab would have been a huge waste. Katie & I started plans over a year ago. I went on vacation and put the project on hold for close to a year. Finally ready to start again the first person I thought of was Katie. We had the quartz chosen in an afternoon, next day 3 potential times available for measurements. The gentleman was on time, polite & covered his shoes...always points in my book. Katie again communicated making sure all went well with measure. My countertop was scheduled to be installed on a Tuesday from 10-12. At 10am my installer arrived and went straight to work. He was completed within an hour. Installed perfect, measured perfect, assistance and communication with Katie perfect. So glad I found New Leaf. They will be my forever countertop/cabinet company. I couldn't have been more impressed with New Leaf! We did a bathroom remodel that involved opening a window, enlarging and replumbing the shower, and installing a heated floor. Their attention to detail and willingness to take on additional items without gouging us makes them a trusted partner in remodeling. And to make things even better, they were willing to allow us to take on portions of the project that we wanted (in my case, the electrical work) in order to hold down costs, while offering excellent suggestions. New Leaf did a kitchen remodel for us and it turned out beautiful! They installed new maple cabinets, quartz countertop, travertine tile, pendant lights, window casing/sill, stainless steel sink and appliances. Originally they were going to replace our window sill casing and trim with hemlock and stain it with the same stain as the cabinets. Robert didn't like how the wood took the stain so he bought a sheet of maple (they don't make maple trim) and custom made the trim and casing. They listened to our needs and complaints about our old kitchen and made great suggestions. For example, I had one corner cabinet that was approximately 4' wide x 2' depth with one access door. To get items out that were in the very back corner I had to pull everything out and practically climb in. They suggested putting in one cabinet backwards so I can access it from the other side. It works great! Communication was top notch. They answered all our questions as the project progressed and met with us a couple of times during the project. If you've ever had any work done you know that most companies have great communication up until the time they make the sale and collect a down payment. They were here everyday and the project was completed on time and on budget. We've already recommended them to a few people and would highly recommend them to anyone else read more
