I still think it's important for prospective customers to have upfront expectations. I submitted an online request for a free estimate. The office called and set up the appt. On the day of, Jeremy texted to confirm and then when he was en route. He showed up, I explained and showed him a place where a leak occurred and that's what made us decide to replace. We discussed new architectural asphalt shingles. He was then going to go outside, check on the roof and afterwards into the attic from which he'd work an estimate. He said he could then meet with me or schedule the next day to meet, for an hour or even just 45 minutes. I work M-F and said I did not need a "sales pitch", I have some working/DIY knowledge of projects, materials and bidding. He then suggested next week. I declined saying it's not necessary. He said there's no reason then for him to proceed with doing the work if I wasn't going to meet afterwards. I was quite surprised. I said "okay, I'll pass" and he said 'thank you' and left. I've had two full estimates from two OTHER, reputable Roofing companies last week, no sales push. They went on the roof, walked the perimeter, sat in their cars and sent the estimates to my email and phone. Not sure why Patriot INSISTS on a sales meeting! Disappointed.

Again, Super happy with the results. Recently had another company do some work around our house and found that they damaged our recently replaced gutter. I went to Patriot Roofing and spoke to Kevin to find out how much the repair would be. He said he would have a crew come out and replace the gutter, No Charge! Wow! Even though CRS Roofing knew about the breach since August, they didn't inform us, leaving us open to fraud. When we asked about it, the owner denied it happened, even though a digital forensics company confirmed it. This dishonesty has caused us significant financial loss and added extra stress during an already tough time. It's been overwhelming, affecting our daily lives and relationships. Now, we're stuck in legal battles because CRS Roofing expects us to help cover the invoice and legal fees, despite their negligence. This has made it even harder to focus on building our home and maintaining a stable family life. I truly hope no other family has to go through what we have. I had a bathroom remodel I was told it would take 3-4 weeks, almost 4 months later, I hired another contractor to complete the job. The tile is poorly set, it is not level, the grout is not flush with the tile. Tile was scratched. Some of the new fixtures are scratched. They received the tile in plenty of time, however failed to check the shipment and when it was time for install found the boxes and tile damaged, another delay. My husband had to fix the barn doors that were installed, while doing so, found several broken screws and numerous drill holes. The cross slates were glued on not nailed, they have been replaced twice by us. Didn't fix a joist in the floor, that was on the job list. Called me and demanded final payment when the job was not finished. (didn't pay completely until finished). It was excuse after excuse.

They can hang a shower door crooked.. but then tell you after the fact that they did it to make it plumb to the shower instead of giving you a heads up before doing it. 2. They fixed a hole in the ceiling. And when you call them on it, they come back to fix it with your own materials. 3. First attempt to reattach molding around a closet door and they break it and call it good. Second attempt to fix they cut it short and claim that it dosen't come that long. But strangely the third attempt it came out fine. 4. I had a complaint that the the mixing valve on the shower wasn't getting hot enough, so they kindly set it to scald (Max). When asked if there was an in between, they said yes but left it at max. 5. They brought a dumpster in for the demo of the bathroom and told us if we wanted to, we could put stuff in there but not to go over the lip of it. But then told us it was saposto be for the demo only and they should have charged us for it. My problem with that was if that's the case, I must have gotten a new garbage disposal and been full of all that fast food garbage that was in there too.. 6. They also wanted to charge us work that was not done. 7. The contract stated 2-piece tub but a one piece showed up, so they had to cut a hole in the side of the house and and left the corner uncovered for a day while it rained. In short, if I hadn't have check the work at all times, I would have gotten suckered.

AVE removed the roof, reformed the ridgeline, replaced all of the old particle board with durable plywood, and it is so beautiful now. A complete transformation. We had them install cedar shake shingles in our eaves as well. The work was amazing, the price was incredible and the people were wonderful. It was literally the best contracting experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them for any of your home projects, you will not be disappointed!

This company is less than responsive. They hire the cheapest labor they can find and use shoddy…read morematerials. (For example; they replaced a kitchen counter top with a poorly manufactured covering that left sharp edges exposed.) My kitchen sink was removed by a remediation company who subsequently damaged it, at a later date AVE disposed of the sink with the garbage disposal attached, then claimed it wasn't their fault and are refusing to replace it. All in all, they have taken more than two years to do a job that should have taken four months maximum.
