Did not clean the floors + poor accountability and communication…read more I hired this company through my property manager, and I acknowledge that adding a 3rd party impacts communication. I live out-of-state and hired this company to do a deep clean prior to selling my house. It had already been cleaned- but I was looking for a really thorough job so my home would look nice for potential buyers. I was disappointed to hear from the person I hired to oversee the home sale that the kitchen and dining floors were filthy and sticky to walk across. He was the last person to in the house before the cleaners came and the first one in after they had left. This was one day before the house went on the market, and I couldn't find any cleaners available day-of. My sister finally agreed to drive down and mop it- she FaceTimed me to show me how dirty it was. I understand that mistakes and oversights happen. I'm writing this review because when I asked for a discount due to missing the floors, the person who responded was rude and intractable. She put the burden of proof on me, without being willing to check on their end, and suggested that other contractors had made the floor dirty. I understand that this is their policy. But the fact is that this was the biggest financial move of my life, and my floor was filthy the day before the home sale- after paying them $245 to clean it. She also informed me it was my responsibility to contact them if something was missed. But with so much on the line and a day before the sale, I wasn't going to hire the company who did a bad job. I worked with a lot of companies to put my house on the market- this one was one of the more disappointing.

I can happily say this was our best experience yet! Professional, kind and wonderful at what they do. They expected to only spend 3 hours cleaning our entire home, but it ended up being a lot longer for them because it was the first time doing a deep clean. They didn't rush out of the house or leave anything untouched. I was super impressed with their work and we will happily be using them consistently for future cleanings.

I was very satisfied and would definitely hire them again. Absolutely great service!

They have a can-do attitude and came up with some creative solutions, which we really appreciated as some of our projects were not straightforward or easy. We used another green cleaning service in the past and what a difference this company is compared to them. We were actually happy with them until we switched over to this company and saw what a difference there was. We also feel very safe with their covid-19 policies. The technicians are masked and have us fill out a form ahead of time as well in which we promise we will adhere to the guidelines. The office is very responsive to any of your needs and they do it with a smile. This company is simply the best there is in Seattle. They have different packages to choose from as well depending on the level of detail and thoroughness that you want. They also have these great things called task blocks in which you can add on certain tasks such as doing laundry, doing dishes, organizing, basically anything you want. We had them add on a fridge cleaning and this is a close up just to show you the level of detail that they do. We believe they have spoiled us.

As for the cleaning quality, I'd say it was about 95% there but not perfection (I suppose nothing ever is perfect). A couple spots could have used more attention but it wasn't worth revisiting (and they did remove some nasty, really hard to remove stains that we'd been unable to remove ourselves). I'd recommend.
