It took about three hours to complete everything. They even took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the location and set up before they left. They cleaned up after themselves, which is always nice! Although I don't always choose the lowest offer, they beat everyone else's offer as well as schedule availability. Needed to get a set of Dutch doors fixed due to children playing on the bottom half (screws torn out of the walls). They responded within an hour to my Yelp request and came over an hour later. Took them about 45 min to redo the screw holes, rehinge, and align, and patch up the other Dutch door as well (that one just needed a few screws replaced and tightened). I called Alex to ask him to repair a pocket door to my bathroom. It was quite a job since the door was off the track, but not too big a job for Alex and Anton. They did a great job (which was a real pain, I'm sure) but I never heard them complain. They just tackled the job and got it done. They did such a great job I asked them to look at the other pocket door upstairs in the laundry room which was not sliding smoothly. They fixed that one in no time at all. We bought a new kitchen faucet that needed to be installed. Several local hardware stores offered installation services, but at an exorbitant price and only after several weeks wait. Then we found Alex Tomilin, who offered to come over the same day, and at a very reasonable fee.
