They listened to our concerns, came up with a plan. We could not be happier! Besides bathrooms, we were going to have them do our flooring- carpet to LV. Third floor condo - we ordered all, they bought everything up three flights of steps ( 950 square feet) - after carpet was up they noted flooring was off, and LV was not an option unless floor floated. We opted for carpet. They hauled all of the LV back down three flights. Zero complaints. Happy to do whatever was in our best interest! I've worked with Vasyl and his team once before (on a full house interior paint job), so I already knew I was in good hands. They did a better job than I expected was even possible in this bathroom - that had clearly seen decades of terrible paint jobs, and damage from steam, etc. Vasyl informed me of the correct and quality kind of paint to use for this job (I just gave him the color), in addition to pointing out the existing issues (that I hadn't realized). From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.
