This needs 10 stars!!! Definitely lives up to the name! I've had carpets cleaned in the past and stains were always left behind or the carpets just had some off coloring. But his cleaning methods actually got down and the dirty out! We've lived in our home almost 2 years now and this is the first time since moving in that we had the carpets cleaned. We had the normal wear and tear but also just finished potty training a pup. We were unable to get the stains out ourselves and now the carpets look like new again! I wish we had gotten before and after pictures to really show how impressive our carpets look. The price was well worth the job done. I called for a appointment. They were late and didn't even call. The guy came and used a portable to clean my carpet, he left with the carpets so wet I had to call another company to extract the water. THEIR NAME SHOULDNT BE BE SEATTLE BEST CARPET CLEANING. This is a follow up to my carpet cleaning post. While the condition of the carpets looked great immediately after the cleaning, things went downhill from there. We had stains begin to pop up throughout the home and a bad pet odor come from many of the stains. It seems like the carpet cleaning pulled up many of the previous owners stains. My suggestion to people who are considering this kind of carpet cleaning is to know the history of your carpet, what stains are there, and make sure the carpets are dried effectively after the cleaning. Our berber carpets took much longer than expected. We actually tore the carpets up where the bad stains were because of previous owners cat urine - the smell was unbearable after the carpet cleaning. read more

I was so impressed with this company, both their customer service, and their carpet cleaning was awesome. When I called on a Thursday, asking for a carpet cleaning on a Saturday (one of the last saturdays of the month) they told me, at first, that they were booked. THEN, they called me back a few hours later to say that they were able to squeeze me in on exactly the day I'd requested. Bernie did an incredible job on the carpets (he got out stains that were there when we moved in and the whole house smelled great) and he even locked up the house for us when he was done. He was really friendly, and allowed us to pay half cash and half credit card. PLUS, it was affordable. I paid 195$ for 3 bedrooms, a set of stairs, and 2 walk in closets I definitely reccommend using this company!!! read more

I was referred to SBC through a friend that runs a gym and I hired them as a Realtor to clean the carpets of my client's home in Everett. As my timelines were tight, AJ came in on time and really brightened up all the rooms to make each one look as clean as possible. Even though I had told AJ the home had 3 bedrooms, he cleaned the carpets and other hallway areas as well leaving them in nearly brand new condition. I have a cream color carpeted area that got absolutely filthy and it seemed hopeless. I found SBCC on yelp and liked the reviews. The wall to wall carpet cleaning results were excellent but would fault the quality of the cleaning of the area rugs. A day solvent was used and noticed areas of the rugs not clean. I had to clean up after Nathan left foot prints on the multiple entry hardwood stairs and on the bamboo 1st floor. He used the toilet to dump out waste water from cleaning and the backside of the toilet and under it were wet with dirty waste water and debris. Additional stars would have been given if I didn't need to clean up after the carpet cleaner. read more

Not impressed with the customer service. The one room the guy didn't rush through did turn out well. I asked to do the upstairs hallway and he groaned about how hot it was to carry the equipment upstairs so I offered to help (only to be polite) but he actually had me carry stuff upstairs! So weird for a service you tip for? This was after he ran an hour late, which fortunately wasn't a big deal because I had no other plans but I might expect a little more in that case certainly not less! Felt very rushed for $138.00 for a tiny first floor "office" in a town house and a single long hallway upstairs that he actually didn't end up taking all the equipment up I realized as he was leaving... the larger machine that gets the deep dark spot was still on the first floor and my hallway still has dark spots :( Will be trying a diff service next time. read more

Due to an unforeseen water shut-off in our building, we had to cancel our scheduled cleaning with no notice. No problem. He came back the next day and cleaned our berber carpets and wool area rug. After arriving late, they showed up, and even though the front door was *open* they left after a minute when the knock wasn't answered. (We were in the back year momentarily). To their credit, they eventually came back, but not to their credit, they only did 1/2 of the rooms. Not fun taking a day off of work and have them screw around and never finish the job. read more

Andrew of Seattle's Best Carpet Cleaning did an awesome job on our two rentals. We had tenants who'd been at the house for 5 years in one house, and the carpets had stains everywhere. Andrew spent a solid three hours on them and they looked nearly brand new (this is 20 year old carpet). At our other rental he got the carpets looking better than when our tenants had moved in- even one of my tenants mentioned the difference. We had another company come out to re-clean the carpets. They said they do a lot of "re-cleans" but that this is the worst they had seen. I told them that the previous company had used a portable machine (not hooked to the truck) and he was horrified that a portable had been used. The carpets are drastically better. There are still visible lines where the water pooled from the previous clean but, overall, at least it not longer disgusts me to look at it. read more
