I had them install new carpet on the top floor of my house and had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to recommend. Letty was very responsive over email and was able to come quickly to provide an estimate. Their pricing was also competitive (they did suggest a different carpet brand than all the other estimates but I am very happy with this carpet). The install was top notch. I was really impressed with the care that they took not to damage anything in the house as they removed the old carpet and installed new carpet. They didn't scuff any walls, baseboard or railings. (I've never seen such a good job before!) Letty did mention that I chose a soft back carpet and that makes a big difference in reducing any damage. The quality of the install was also great. All of the seams are well blended and don't show. There aren't any defects and it looks great! I ended up going with a plush carpet and 10lb underlay and it was such an upgrade over the carpet that was in the house. (And the previous owner claimed they went with a mid-level carpet.) read more

I had new carpet installed by Flooring Perfections after contacting several companies in the region. Leticia provided a quote that was very competitive and was able to send someone out right away to do the bid. I changed my installation date a few times and Leticia was always prompt in accommodating my schedule and updating the quote (as market price for the carpet fluctuated). She was always very fast in responding to all of my questions and concerns. On the day of the installation, Juan and his partner showed up on time and were very efficient. They didn't have the padding we paid for in stock and upgraded us free of charge to a nicer padding. Highly recommend! read more

We contacted this company on September 30th to for a quote. They seem to respond to emails about once a week. We tried twice to get a quote from this company. The first time, they gave me a date and time. I approved, but didn't hear back from them until the morning of when I reached out to see if they were still coming. They said they needed two days notice, which seemed weird. Maybe if they would have checked their emails they would have received their more than two days notice. On the 2nd attempt, they received one week's notice. They did not show, nor did they call to cancel. Their communication skills are horrible. They're just unprofessional. Trust is a big deal to me. I really wanted to work with this company because they say they're women owned and operated. Oh well, it is what it is. This was one of the companies I called when looking to put carpet in an entire house. I called and talked with Leticia and she said to come down to their show room so she could give me a better quote so I drove there and showed them my quote from Home Depot and she said she could match it. She showed me carpet that they could do it for, for the price I had. She wanted to have someone come out and measure. They came out the next day and measured and it was 200 sq ft more than I had originally told ( I told it might be more square footage and I would pay accordingly). The quote came back $3000!!! more for 200 more square feet. When questioned about this she said "I only gave you a quote for the carpet" She knew darn well that the bid that I showed them that I got was for carpet pad AND installation. So buyer beware be sure to do your diligence especially when you deal with this company. read more

Flooring Perfections just completed a floor job for us last week. It was the completion of a project we started about six weeks ago when we called Kelly and Mike at Floor Perfections. From our very first contact, their quality of customer service was. FANTASTIC! From the very first phone call to the last, Kelly or Mike either answered or called back within 15 min. Doesn't sound like much? Wrong! Communications is everything to efficient and effective planning and completion of a job. Its also a leading indicator of what to expect in the vender's attention to quality. So Mike came out and looked at the job like the next business day after my phone call. Mike's a good listener, he was responsive and a wealth of wisdom about application, under-flooring and product selection. I this case the floor to be laid was on a 34' boat, a job many floor companies would avoid: small working areas, too many curves and angles, and sections of the floor that open up called hatches. I appreciated Mike's measured and thoughtful approach to the challenges. We had to weight a month for the marine flooring to arrive from the factory. Something we had no control over. As soon as the material was received, Mike and Kelly scheduled the installation immediately for Tuesday of the following week. Five days later we a fantastic new floor, frankly way beyond our expectations! Angles, trim, moulding, alignment all perfect. Loved working with Juan, Kellie and Mike from Flooring Perfections. They are just really outstanding people, and great to work with. We just bought a 1-story rambler for our retirement years. It had a hardwood entryway, different color carpets in multiple spaces, 2 different vinyl plankings and 3 different linoleums in bathrooms and laundry room. I have bad knees so what I really wanted was a floor that had 1 solid look, didn't have a bunch of transitions or heights. I really wanted a cohesive look in the house. We came into Flooring Perfections and shared laughs and figured out the Luxury Vinyl Planking manufacturer we wanted to use and the finish we wanted for our new home. At the time we engaged Kellie and Mike, we were living out of town. They were very professional to work with. They provided clear invoices to us, an easy way to pay them, they were able to get material in quickly for the job, started on the date they agreed to, called if they had any questions or concerns. We had to pay a little more in order to put some 1/4" and 3/4" plywood in, in order to even the levels in our floors, but that also helped to give us a more even stable floor to walk on. They had warned us, that that may happen because until they took all the carpets and lineolums and fake laminate out, they would not know how even the floor was going to be in the house. When you install luxury vinyl planks, you need an even floor. Kellie and Mike are real people, straight forward, hard working. They do quality installation and workmanship. They pulled all our appliances (washer/dryer/frig/laundry sink/toilets) and reinstalled them on top of the new flooring. They gave my husband a discount for being a Vet. Super nice people and I am so thankful we chose them to do this job with. Thank you Kellie! Thank you Mike! Thank you Juan! I get up everyday and look at my floors in the morning light and I can not believe how real great they look and how much I love them. You guys are the best! Outstanding floor company. I got several bids and finally went with Floor perfection. They gave me a fair and great price. Juan came out and through the whole process was very honest and transparent for the work that will be done and cost. While I receiving my estimate from Juan, he pointed the right way to install engineered wood flooring on my foyer and also showed me what the previous contractors should have done. All in all, the installation for the room, stairs carpet installs and foyer engineered wood installation was flawless and turned-out way better than I thought it could look.
