The first time, I was super pregnant with my first baby and had a couch from my old apartment that had all kinds of smells trapped in it. By the time he was done, they were completely gone. Fast forward to now -- pregnant with my second, and we fostered a puppy for a few months on top of having a toddler running around. Between the accidents, the spills, and just the general chaos, my heightened pregnancy sense of smell had me noticing every single thing. After Guy was done, the house smelled brand new. I couldn't believe the difference. He was quick, thorough, and so easy to work with. Reasonably priced, and on top of communication from the very beginning. He took the few spots that were in the master bedroom. AND....the bedrooms were dry 3-4 hours, and the living room should be dry in 4-4.5 hours! My carpets have never been that dry, that fast. They use environmentally-friendly products which is the reason I picked them. After the man left, I ended up vacuuming the whole house because he'd left behind much of the "sawdust" he'd used as part of the cleaning process. He first hand sprayed portions of the carpet and then threw out handfuls of what looked like sawdust all over. I've been finding bits of this granular dust all over the house for a week. He then used a cleaning machine and ended with vacuuming but it was not thorough at all! I had vacuumed the house before he arrived and was nit happy to have to do it again after he left. With the amount and variety of child related spills (everything from juice, to vomit, and play dough) the carpets were filthy!!! We actually considered replacing the carpet (10 years old) but it would have costed almost $10,000. Over the holidays I had about 10 kids over for a cookie baking party and pretty much right after decided that the carpets require a professional cleaning. They looked ruined. Paul came on the dot, measured the areas (subtracting where the furnishings were) and thoroughly cleaned in under 90 minutes. He uses a natural surfactant that kills germs and allergens. The carpets were just vacuumed yesterday but he pulled a ton of hair with his machine! The spots came out completely and the carpets were dry. He is so professional and a pleasure to work with. Via text we set up an appointment, and he was not only on time but also courteous. He texted me his timing twice before he arrived to make sure I knew what his arrival would be. He assessed the job thoroughly, even getting on the ground to feel and smell certain areas that were slightly more heavily stained. He then pre-treated difficult areas and proceeded to power wash the job as promised in the time as estimated. He was punctual, courteous, and polite throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better worker. Three days later the stains are still visibly absent. The carpet is now completely dried and I couldn't have been happier with the entire process.
