Michael charges hourly for his service and that's helpful because you can tell him to go over a room again or tell him that the room is good enough. He got stains out that we thought were permanent. He explained how carpet cleaning works, how his equipment works vs the other guys, and even gave us a writeup about how to spot clean the carpet ourselves in the future with vinegar etc. If you only want to do a cheap clean of the surface, choose someone else. If you want to pay a little more for the best carpet cleaner out there, call Michael. Our carpets are literally softer and more cushy now that Michael removed all the dirt and old soap residue from the carpets.

Mike is a very pleasant guy to talk to and even called back after our service to make sure we were happy. The actual carpet service is 5 stars, but for the experience overall I deducted a star because: 1- Our appointment was at 8am, and by 8:20 nobody had showed. I called Mike and found out that it was a 2 hr appointment window. I may have missed the fine print but I wasn't aware and had taken time off work to get this done. So if you're ordering, be sure you have a few hours to dedicate. 2- The main reason we wanted carpet cleaning was to eliminate an odor we didn't like (our home had sat vacant for about 2 years before we moved in). I figured a standard carpet cleaning would address this, but the tech told me we'd have to pay $40 for their 'odor neutralizer'. Of course we proceeded.... but that kind of deflated the whole experience for me. $40 seems pretty pricey for an odor neutralizer (for 2 rooms!). Otherwise the service was great. And with the current voucher promotion the price simply cant be beat! I still recommend them highly, just be aware of the above.
