I've received one cleaning from this company and they did a Great job. At the time they had flawless reviews. It looks like things have changed since then and I wish I came to read all these things before scheduling my second cleaning and paying upfront. It sounds like it's become a common trend for them to cancel or reschedule due to some unforeseen circumstances such as car trouble, car accidents, or some other emergencies. Even with my first cleaning the scheduled cleaners had "car trouble" so Angelica came to clean my place herself (she did a great job by the way). My second cleaning was scheduled and on the day of, there was another "emergency" so the cleaning had to be pushed back a day (which I was ok with). Now on this day the cleaning was scheduled for 11:30am and nobody ever showed up or called. I called and text Angelica numerous times with no response. I still haven't heard back from her and from reading other reviews, I'm likely not to get my money back. its been a full 24hours and I have not heard anything about the No Call, No Show. read more

I had a troubling experience with Northwest AngelsXpress. A month ago I scheduled a time for them to come and do a move-out cleaning of the rented house we were moving out of. I was uncomfortable paying for the service upfront but had seen that others had also done it with success, so I took the chance. The day before, I confirmed that we were set for the cleaning and Angelica verified. At 9:14 that night she verified again. And then at 9:30 she asked if she could change the time to 7 am the next day, which didn't work for our schedule. I let her know I needed someone to come in the afternoon. I didn't hear back from her, so I tried calling but the number went straight to a voicemail that hadn't been set up, so I couldn't leave a message. I tried another number listed on her site and it was disconnected. I was starting to feel like I had been scammed. At 9 am she responded that someone would be at my place at 2 pm to do the cleaning, as planned. Juanita arrived at my house at 2 pm and started apologizing that someone hadn't come by the day before, which was confusing because that wasn't my experience. She also let us know that she was expecting to be paid in cash before we left. Since I had already paid Angelica, I was really confused. What was more confusing was that Juanita didn't know who Angelica or Northwest AngelsXpress was! Turned out that Angelica had pretended to be someone else on Yelp and had hired Juanita through Yelp to clean my house with a false story of cleaners not showing up. Angelica was taking my messages and rewording them and sending them to Juanita. If I had paid Juanita, Angelica would have been able to pocket the $306 I had paid her online a month before. If Angelica had managed to pay Juanita, she would have given her $200 and pocketed $100 for herself. Instead, Juanita and I compared our Yelp messages and I messaged Angelica through Juanita's account. Finally got Angelica on the phone and while she promised that her company in legit, she wasn't able to satisfactorily explain how she expected to pay Juanita in cash (as the messages had promised her). In the end, I paid Juanita and got Angelica to refund my money (which did happen - although I had to message her a few times to get proof of it going through). I don't know if Angelica's company is legit and she just had poor/sketchy business practices or if it's a scam she's running and is using other cleaning on services to do the work she's promised to complete and is pocketing $$ along the way. Either way it was a terrible experience in the middle of a stressful time. I would definitely NOT recommend. (sidenote, Juanita did a great job cleaning our house and I would recommend her all day long) read more

If I could give 0 stars please save your money , I called them for deep cleaning but looks like they didn't lift even a finger after 4 hours they called us that it is taking more time we can either do shower or fridge we said please do kitchen n fridge at least . for that they charged more they were already asking more than expected but we were willing to give as we were in real need . After paying ~ 500 $ . They didn't touch bathrooms, no bedroom and see the pictures for kitchen. I could not believe my eyes how this can be a business for frauds . Late on a Saturday evening, 3 days before I needed to be out of my apartment, I realized I was not going to have time to do a proper clean. I put in a request for a quote on yelp & Angelica responded almost immediately with a quote & availability for the next day. It was so easy to book and was a huge relief to just get this off my plate. Even after the 2 workers who were supposed to come clean my apartment got into a car accident, Angelica herself came & cleaned my entire apartment herself staying way late into the evening. The owner told me they couldn't come in June because of emergency cleanings and so we rescheduled. However they didn't show up and now I can't get a hold of anyone. We got reference of Northwest from Yelp after few of them reaching me out for the work. Angelica visited and desperately bid for the work and we agreed to get the home repainted internally. She was never able to get any help with false promises except herself stretching to get 1 room painted initially. It felt that she was trying but it was also fake until I paid money. That also she didn't paint completely, 1 hand is still pending, 1 wall to be finished and all the touchups in 1 room. Rest of the all the rooms work is not even started. Once I have her paid 55% (approx $950) of overall payment and payments for all the colors, she never turned up. She wasn't reachable on email or cell and kept insisting and apologizing after multiple calls, emails that she will come as soon as in a week but never turned up since 6 weeks. She took away money and not reliable. Unprofessional and fake, should be not allowed to do business for taking clients money with fake promises and not turning up. My family is really upset about the experience and our events or functions being impacted with hardly done 1 room that also incomplete and unfinished. Thank you! Angelica did a great job cleaning my apartment. She cleaned the kitchen, toilet, the living room and bedroom. She cleaned the windows, floors, cabinets, dusted the sofas. If the review was only for the quality of the job, it would be five stars, however, the communication was very lacking and I wasn't ever sure the job would even be done. I booked them weeks ahead to do a move out cleaning. There was no confirmation message or call beforehand and I had to reach out to make sure they were coming. They had scheduling issues the day it was supposed to be cleaned due to a car accident, so after messaging and waiting, it was rescheduled to the next day. I really felt out of the loop and wondered if this company was legit. I feel like as the customer, I shouldn't have to try so hard to get service and know that it was completed.
