Good to know I'm not. We have a small cat and a large puppy, so I just needed someone to help me keep the dust and dander from building up, I have a job and a kid and I'd rather spend my free time enjoying my family and pets than spend all my time cleaning up after them.

First, she insisted that she couldn't provide a quote without coming to inspect my home in person. While I understand that some companies prefer this approach, it was the tone and attitude that immediately raised red flags. Second, after I let her know I had already received a quote from another cleaner--but would keep her in mind if that didn't work out--she responded in a completely unprofessional manner. She told me that "they're all the same" and that she only works with clients who choose her first. Her tone was dismissive and borderline hostile, making it clear she had no interest in being considered unless she was the first and only option. I'm honestly relieved I saw this side of her before allowing someone like that into my home. Her behavior was rude, defensive, and completely lacking in basic customer service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The professionalism and attitude of this business are seriously lacking--and based on my interaction, I wouldn't trust them in my space. Furthermore, it is clear they are back to their review tricks again - several five star reviews in the past week from people living in Wisconsin, New York, Arizona and Oregon - not Kitsap county. FAKE, BEWARE!! Original review We requested a quote for deep cleaning our home in Bremerton and I specifically requested they include interior windows. The owners, Christopher and Chloe got back to me with a quote that seemed really low, so I tried to confirm the number of hours and number of cleaners they would be sending, but they wouldn't give me an answer and instead told me to book on their website. Then they said they would charge extra for windows. When I went to the website to book, I got a completely different price as well. I left them some feedback that I didn't trust all the different prices and at that point the owner got angry and started saying the problem was with me wanting these specifics. I know they are a really new company, so I figured maybe they just don't have the customer service aspect nailed down yet. I decided to check on Yelp to see if any other customers had a similar experience and guess what? Both Chloe and Christopher have posted reviews of their own business, pretending to be customers. I see Yelp already flagged the one by Chloe as a violation, and hopefully they'll remove the other too. But clearly these owners have questionable business practices and I would certainly not let them in my home.
