Highly recommend. Very courteous. Professional. Trusting.

Strongly advise against hiring Julee as a house cleaner…read more Julee charges by the job instead of by the hour and requires you to pay a full month in advance. She quoted me $165 per clean. From the start, her work felt rushed -- she was usually in and out in about 2 to 2.5 hours, skipping over several tasks we had agreed on. When I brought up my concerns, she brushed them off and just said she'd "do better next time," but nothing changed. I decided to end services after the month was up. Because I had to skip one week earlier, I still had two prepaid cleanings left. I told her I'd be ending services but kept things polite and didn't rehash my frustrations. The following week, after learning I wouldn't be continuing, she came and only spent about an hour cleaning my entire house -- which included two bathrooms, a kitchen, three bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. That kind of deep cleaning isn't realistically possible in one hour, and it showed. When I contacted her about it that day which was a Friday, she said she'd get back to me on Monday, and then denied both doing a poor job and leaving early -- even after I showed video proof of her arrival and departure times. And photos of the things she skipped over and did poorly. She also refused to refund the last prepaid cleaning that I no longer want her to do stating she doesn't give refunds for already scheduled cleans even though it says nothing about that in the contract I signed. Overall, very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend paying her in advance or hiring her at all.

Previously, we had one person cleaning our 2200sf home in above 11/2 hours. This time, we excluded one guest room and one bedroom from the cleaning. We also picked up many items off the floor. On one occasion, one person was able to clean in about 11/2 hours. On September 25, 2019, two persons spent 11/2 hours to clean, but missed one bathtub and two toilets. We also found they left floor polish residues on the kitchen baseboards. Unlike before, they left a sweaty smell, which prompted me to open windows. Today, October 9, 2019, we had Jade from Leave with a Smile to clean our home. Her estimate was $100.00, but she charged us $70.00 for 13/4 hours of work.

I can't think of one plausible excuse why I can't even get a call back. Do they not want my money!? WTF? I'm amazed they are still in business with very poor customer service. However I had to reschedule my appointment due me getting covid. So I rescheduled with Her for the end of November 2023. I had some personal things come up and I wasn't going to have the money. So I contacted Her again and explained the situation. We decided that I would contact Her whenever I was ready. So at the beginning of December of 2023. I contacted Her and She said that because I had to reschedule our last appointment I needed to pay $70 up front. So I got the money and PAID HER $70. It's been well over a week now. As soon as She TOOK THE MONEY She has blocked me as well as the Lady who paid on MY BEHALF!!! I felt for Her because She's a single Mom trying to make the ends meet.
