Unfortunately, while cleaning my apartment, an envelope containing all of my tips from work went missing ($750 in cash). I used to work as a director of housekeeping, and I am not the type of person to point fingers. But whether she took it or not, her negligence in handling my belongings resulted in it going missing. All of the other envelopes that were stacked with it were relocated to another location in my apartment, so she definitely had handled it. Again, not saying she took it, but it is gone, I have had several family members come and look. Additionally, my AirPods were moved, and one was missing. I was able to find it under my credenza in the living room using find my iPhone, but it's clear they do not take care with your stuff. I've filed a police report as well and will be following up with their bond company. The management has decided not to offer any refunds, including for the optional tip I provided for the service. Overall, this apartment cleaning cost me almost $1,000. I usually read reviews like this with a grain of salt, given any Karen can accuse someone of stealing. However having lost a lot of money I've worked hard for, I would recommend hiring another company and not taking a chance if your valuables being mishandled. They may respond to this with something along the lines of "we've investigated this and have found no reason to believe...." And so on - it is up to you if you want to take a chance when there are many other cleaning companies without reviews like this one.

The carpets turned out many times cleaner than when we originally moved in... wish we called them earlier. Good rates and friendly cleaners, no complaints whatsoever! They were late and arrived 30 minutes after the timing window. The cleaning was rushed and was not a deep clean at all. Found multiple instances throughout the house of remaining dust and grime that was left (I kept finding more and more days later). They basically just ran around with a duster and vacuum doing surface level dusting and poor vacuuming with no attention to detail. Corners of the floor had visible amounts of dust, surfaces were still dirty. I complained, and they offered to send someone back to re clean those areas, but I am not interested in working with them and having them be late again and to have to micro manage them, so I asked for a refund. They gave me back $50 which was like 10% of what I paid. Not satisfied with this service. I just feel completely ripped off. This experience was so bad it has made me paranoid to hire anyone in the future. Imagine paying $500 for someone to clean worse than a middle schooler.
