Unfortunately, while cleaning my apartment, an envelope containing all of my tips from work went missing ($750 in cash). I used to work as a director of housekeeping, and I am not the type of person to point fingers. But whether she took it or not, her negligence in handling my belongings resulted in it going missing. All of the other envelopes that were stacked with it were relocated to another location in my apartment, so she definitely had handled it. Again, not saying she took it, but it is gone, I have had several family members come and look. Additionally, my AirPods were moved, and one was missing. I was able to find it under my credenza in the living room using find my iPhone, but it's clear they do not take care with your stuff. I've filed a police report as well and will be following up with their bond company. The management has decided not to offer any refunds, including for the optional tip I provided for the service. Overall, this apartment cleaning cost me almost $1,000. I usually read reviews like this with a grain of salt, given any Karen can accuse someone of stealing. However having lost a lot of money I've worked hard for, I would recommend hiring another company and not taking a chance if your valuables being mishandled. They may respond to this with something along the lines of "we've investigated this and have found no reason to believe...." And so on - it is up to you if you want to take a chance when there are many other cleaning companies without reviews like this one.

Furthermore, it is clear they are back to their review tricks again - several five star reviews in the past week from people living in Wisconsin, New York, Arizona and Oregon - not Kitsap county. FAKE, BEWARE!! Original review We requested a quote for deep cleaning our home in Bremerton and I specifically requested they include interior windows. The owners, Christopher and Chloe got back to me with a quote that seemed really low, so I tried to confirm the number of hours and number of cleaners they would be sending, but they wouldn't give me an answer and instead told me to book on their website. Then they said they would charge extra for windows. When I went to the website to book, I got a completely different price as well. I left them some feedback that I didn't trust all the different prices and at that point the owner got angry and started saying the problem was with me wanting these specifics. I know they are a really new company, so I figured maybe they just don't have the customer service aspect nailed down yet. I decided to check on Yelp to see if any other customers had a similar experience and guess what? Both Chloe and Christopher have posted reviews of their own business, pretending to be customers. I see Yelp already flagged the one by Chloe as a violation, and hopefully they'll remove the other too. But clearly these owners have questionable business practices and I would certainly not let them in my home.
