Unfortunately, while cleaning my apartment, an envelope containing all of my tips from work went missing ($750 in cash). I used to work as a director of housekeeping, and I am not the type of person to point fingers. But whether she took it or not, her negligence in handling my belongings resulted in it going missing. All of the other envelopes that were stacked with it were relocated to another location in my apartment, so she definitely had handled it. Again, not saying she took it, but it is gone, I have had several family members come and look. Additionally, my AirPods were moved, and one was missing. I was able to find it under my credenza in the living room using find my iPhone, but it's clear they do not take care with your stuff. I've filed a police report as well and will be following up with their bond company. The management has decided not to offer any refunds, including for the optional tip I provided for the service. Overall, this apartment cleaning cost me almost $1,000. I usually read reviews like this with a grain of salt, given any Karen can accuse someone of stealing. However having lost a lot of money I've worked hard for, I would recommend hiring another company and not taking a chance if your valuables being mishandled. They may respond to this with something along the lines of "we've investigated this and have found no reason to believe...." And so on - it is up to you if you want to take a chance when there are many other cleaning companies without reviews like this one.

I just happened to schedule them for today of all days...which seems nuts now considering how I unlocked my front door to discover a busted dishwasher hose gushing water from under the sink, and a partially flooded kitchen. If it hadn't been today, that water would've run until Saturday and I'd be dealing with a major water damage claim. But these two angels were super calm and awesome, had all the water mopped by the time I got back with a shop vac, and then continued on their work. The first day they asked for an extension, I said "sure, sorry, I didn't realize my house was that bad" the cleaner responded "oh no, it's not the house" with giggles in the background. They came back in the morning and "finished." I went to look it over, they missed a few things, so i called, they kindly came back again. Again. A few things were missed. Things that were said to be done from their website. So I called again. One more time they came out, they got 95% of the house clean. Ill give credit for that. But it took 4 times. They were kind enough to take off a small discount for the trouble, and like I said, they got most of it done. Main reason for my 1 star review is the quote above, said to me on my last call to cancel service. That certainly is not the kind of work ethic I'd hire again. Just cause you wouldn't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't matter. I am paying for a service from your site, I expect it to be done.
