Pros: they are good at communicating and won't do an additional service unless you ok it. Did a great job and techs are friendly. They have a website to book your appt as well as call. If you're lucky, you might even get him to yell at you about how he's a gutter installer and not a businessman and yelling is what he does because he's not a businessman. These guys were super quick to respond to a request on Angi for new gutters on our new construction guest house build and came out 2 days later to do the work. So far so good. Then they did the work and it was garbage. The downspout color doesn't match the gutters and the end caps don't match either. The gutters are attached with sharp edged metal - 10 palm stitches waiting to happen. When Levi came out to do the work he explained to me that the downspout connectors are offset and it is not possible to connect the downspouts with metal - we'll need to get an extendable connector from a hardware store because that's the only way. I took him at his word on that because I thought he was a gutter professional. When I raised the issue about the color mismatch they said they'd figure it out then never called me back, so I had a few other gutter contractors come out to bid on fixing their work. Everyone else that came out had downspout elbows on hand and demonstrated how they would easily connect the downspouts to the drain pipe. They also noted how dangerous the sharp metal strap attachments were. I emailed Levi about this, and he promptly called me, yelled, and swore so loud my wife heard him across the room. I asked him not to yell, and he said that he wasn't yelling and I didn't want to hear him yelling. He insists the gutters are impossible to connect, wouldn't really comment on the sharp metal straps, and told me the mismatched colors look good. Again, if you want a good deal on a very crappy gutter install, call Levi. You get what you pay for. If you're lucky, you might even get him to yell at you.
