Once again. Came today, on time!!…read moreExcellent communication and flexibility when scheduling. We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. But this year again we had PowerTwin do all of our windows and screens. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows. We felt the windows stayed cleaner longer as there was absolutely no residue left. My very picky wife said the windows look beautiful. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Great attitude, sparkling windows…read more We found PowerTwin Window Wash with a general Google search. Their company first stood out because of their name. In a phone conversation, they said they are actually twin sisters who started this service during the pandemic. PowerTwin cleaned 18 windows and sliding-glass doors, interior and exterior, for our home. Their window cleaning and business practices more than lived up to their creative and energetic name. They lived up to their promise of quality and far exceeded our expectations. I looked at the details of their website a few days after they washed our windows. The website is well-designed, full of examples, and enthusiastic. The description of their high quality is not an exaggeration. Don't need window washing? We've already scheduled two other appointments for their services. Also on their list of services, you'll see solar panels, skylights, plus industrial or residential pressure washing.

A couple days later, a lady shows up, which was unexpected, she says the two guys only set appointments and she creates the bids, hmmm, okay. I invite her in, expecting to obtain some kind of verbal or written bid. No bid today, that will need to be presented at a later date and if you're not available to review the bid in-person, then it must be presented via Zoom call. No, we will not text or email you the bid. Hmmm, ok. 3.) I arrange an appointment to review the bid via Zoom call, Fineline skips the appointment completely with no communication. 4.) The next day, I receive text from Fineline, sorry, your project is too small for us, bye now.
