I don't think I have worked with anyone that performs, communicates and cares as much as Hendrix…read more I used Hendrix for window cleaning, moss removal and gutter cleaning. Window Cleaning was great... I can actually see out of my windows now and they did a thorough job in both interior and exterior without any upsells. They also cleaned the other mirrors in my house as a courtesy. Moss removal... just wow, see pics attached. Gutter cleaning... this is where they went way above and beyond. Long story short, I had a leak in the elbow of one of my downspouts shortly after they finished their cleaning. Naturally, I was confused why this was the case right after the gutters were cleaned by Hendrix. It turns out that the gutters (which are brand new) were installed improperly without proper egress for some of the downspouts. They came back out and helped me diagnose these issues for all of my downspout and helped me think about how to communicate to my gutter company, even though it turned out that none of this was their fault. I will default to Hendrix Window Cleaning in the future for the services that they provide. Beyond competency and professionalism (which is hard enough to find), trust and thoughtfulness are characteristics that they exemplify

I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well. When they left there was not one extra pine needle to see! As well, on the invoice they provided before and after photos. I will DEFINITELY hire them for any need that they provide. I don't own my home so all I was willing to do was the outside window and screen cleaning and the home owner covered the gutter cleaning that was desperately needed.
