I have been meaning to get my windows cleaned for some time, and had not had the chance since I work so much. I also have a three story house, so getting to the top two floors was going to be a problem. I decided to hire someone & went straight to yelp to look for someone who wouldn't charge me an arm and leg. I am so glad I found this company. The gentleman was nice enough to give me an estimate beforehand so I knew what the price range was. He also specialized in doing multiple stories & was kind enough to do the screens as well! All in all, I was extremely happy with how everything turned out. The glass was impeccably cleaned. I almost walked into my sliding glass door! Wow, Chris just left after cleaning all of my windows (screens included) as well as my overwhelmingly filthy large skylight! I have a tree above it, so I had tree droppings up the ying yang. He got it so clean I am seriously blinded by it. I don't remember it this clean when it was first put in. Secondly, he is a lovely man to do business with: honest, punctual, does a great job, easy to book, and there is no drama. I live in a townhouse in Los Feliz that is very vertically inclined with large windows. Even when I had originally moved into my place three years ago, my picture windows had a certain amount of grime and dirt on them I figured was inevitable with windows placed so high in the room. I called Chris after a bird had hit the outside of my window and left a violent mark. I was really really impressed with Chris' professionalism. He got my window unfathomably clean---it looked like a completely new panel was installed. My entire living room seemed brighter. I was in dire need of getting my windows cleaned and my house power washed, as it had been over 6 months and the last guy I hired charge a ridiculously high amount. Thankfully, I was able to get both with Spider Windows at a very fair price. I called and talked to Chris. I told him what i wanted and he gave me a rough estimate of the price. He even offered to drive out and give me a free estimate if I wanted a more accurate price range. I hired him and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday. Not only did he a superb job, but he did it quickly and efficiently and didn't charge any extra since he had to stay an extra 20 minutes to finish the job completely.
