Based on the great reviews, I don't think the person who came to our house was Zach. We should have asked for ID. The person who came to our house had a terrible attitude and did bad work. Our windows are worse now than they were before. Water spots between the double panes?!! The person who was here left a bottle of their cleaning agent outside -- Ajax Ultra. That's made for dishes, not windows. Price was outrageous for the service we received. We'll never call them again. Be careful with this company. read more

Zach did an awesome job cleaning all my windows in my condo. There were 2 windows that were above a parking garage and one that was on a slope and not that easy to get to so I thought he would only be able to clean the windows that were easier to get to, but he actually was able to clean all the windows. I am pleased because all the windows looked so sparkling clean after he was done. Also wanted to add that I called him on really short notice, like needing the windows cleaned as soon as possible and he was able to fit me into his schedule, which I appreciated very much. I contacted Zach last year for a deck pressure cleaning task. He promptly replied back with a quote but we couldn't schedule anything as the weather was not suitable. I reached out again in Spring and his quote was similar to what we got before and reasonable when compared to many other quotes I had received. The scheduling was smooth. He came to our place on time. His set-up did not bother us and he worked on the deck for a couple of hours. Our deck had not been cleaned in a while and he did a good job addressing all areas. He cleaned the algae and moss. The payment was convenient as he send an invoice online and you could pay using cc. He also provided us recommendations for deck staining which was helpful as a follow-up. I will also consider him for future jobs. read more
