Terrific communicator, quick quotes, great price, timely and effective service. Zach is professional and nice.

Timely, even the day before Thanksgiving! Did what was promised as barely knew he was here!

Zach was early to our appointment and just got to work. He moved efficiently and quietly as to not disrupt the office (we only have 5 people in the office right now and it's very quiet). His work was excellent. We've booked him for the rest of the year. Trust them with your windows and you won't be sorry. read more

If you're looking for a window cleaner, you can stop now. This is the company you want to hire. Zach showed up on time, finished our two story house quickly and even dusted off our entry light while he was up on the ladder. The windows are CLEAN and sills wiped down. Friendly and very trustworthy, I didn't feel like I needed to watch him while "letting him loose" to do all the inside windows. Zach is great! Don't hesitate hiring him. He's your window guy! read more

World Glass Window Cleaning - Just one of my spotless, clean windows. - Window Washing Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Based on the great reviews, I don't think the person who came to our house was Zach. We should have asked for ID. The person who came to our house had a terrible attitude and did bad work. Our windows are worse now than they were before. Water spots between the double panes?!! The person who was here left a bottle of their cleaning agent outside -- Ajax Ultra. That's made for dishes, not windows. Price was outrageous for the service we received. We'll never call them again. Be careful with this company. read more

Zach was prompt. The windows look great. And, best of all, his bid was less than the other two companies I spoke to. He was almost half the price of one company. Windows washing is absurdly expensive these days. It pays to shop around. Zach's online consent and online billing systems are convenient. I highly recommend him. read more

Zach did a great job with pressure washing for a reasonable price. Thanks for the quick work!

After being quoted $75 more than every previous year to do the usual job that another company has done for the last 7 years at my home (price increase made no sense and the response was, "we are charging you what we should have been charging you") I decide to look elsewhere. I got several quotes from different companies and they ranged from $300 to $700. What the heck? Zach had one of the lower bids, it was definitely lower than the previous company I used, and yet he did a comparable job. Everything was cleaned well, care was taken with plants, soil, and concrete, and everyone walked away happy and satisfied. My kind of experience. I will be hiring him again next year. Hopefully his prices stay fair. read more

Zach and World Glass always do an outstanding job. We use them for commercial and residential work and every appointment is excellent in every way. Zach couldn't be nicer, more efficient or more professional. Appreciate the work and effort. Thanks! read more

Zach came out soon after initially talking to him, showed up on the early end of our appointment window, and knocked out the window cleaning fast but detailed. They are glowing! Would definitely hire again. read more

Zach is easy to recommend. Communication was quick/thorough, his bid was less than competitors and I was able to get on the schedule quickly for gutter, roof and window cleaning. He showed up within the promised timeframe and did an amazing job. 10/10 will hire (and recommend) again! read more

I contacted a few places on Yelp to get some quotes for gutter cleaning at the same time and Zach was the first to respond. He was professional in his emails and provide fair and reasonable quotes. He showed up on time and did a thorough job and even provided before and after photos. He cleaned up the surrounding areas and everything looks great. I would go to Zach again for future cleanings. read more

Zach did an awesome job cleaning all my windows in my condo. There were 2 windows that were above a parking garage and one that was on a slope and not that easy to get to so I thought he would only be able to clean the windows that were easier to get to, but he actually was able to clean all the windows. I am pleased because all the windows looked so sparkling clean after he was done. Also wanted to add that I called him on really short notice, like needing the windows cleaned as soon as possible and he was able to fit me into his schedule, which I appreciated very much. That's all I wanted. Was someone that would do a good job cleaning all the windows and Zach did just that. read more

Excellent service and prices! Windows are amazingly clean and sparkly! Promptly on time, easy to schedule, easy to pay!

Zach was recommended by a different window cleaning service who was unable to schedule us with short notice. We emailed Zach and he was super responsive and was out to clean our windows with only two days notice. Clean windows looked awesome and made a huge difference in listing our home! Thank you, Zach, for great, professional and quality service! read more

They came and cleaned windows, gutters, and pressure washed our driveway. Great service, very professional!

I contacted Zach last year for a deck pressure cleaning task. He promptly replied back with a quote but we couldn't schedule anything as the weather was not suitable. I reached out again in Spring and his quote was similar to what we got before and reasonable when compared to many other quotes I had received. The scheduling was smooth. He came to our place on time. His set-up did not bother us and he worked on the deck for a couple of hours. Our deck had not been cleaned in a while and he did a good job addressing all areas. He cleaned the algae and moss. The payment was convenient as he send an invoice online and you could pay using cc. He also provided us recommendations for deck staining which was helpful as a follow-up. I will also consider him for future jobs. read more

Zach was very quick to respond and was able to come in and clean our windows as we prepared to move out on relatively short notice, and worked with our hectic move-out schedule (movers, cleaners, etc.). He was thorough and the windows look great. The price was also very reasonable and within our budget. If we still lived in the area, I would definitely contact him again for future cleanings! read more

I phoned World Glass after reading the Yelp reviews. They were right; Zach is terrific. He sent a quote, showed up right when he said he would, had all the right equipment, and is a pleasure to be around. It gets kind of personal when someone is up on a ladder washing your windows from the outside, when you're at home. Then it's even more personal when that person is in every room of your house cleaning the glass from the inside, again, when you're home. I was completely comfortable having Zach around. His work was thorough and professional: highly recommend. read more
