Very responsive in all communication. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable cost…read more And they are totally honest and fair. After they started the job, they noticed that some of the fascia boards were rotted, and said that it would cost an extra $260 to fix the fascia boards. I agree to that. Then, the foreman said that there were fewer fascia boards than they thought, and it was only going to be $200. I said "Cool!" Finally, after they were all done they realized there was only one board that needed to be replaced, and they only charged me $50. The thing I loved was they were honest, and lowered it to $50 even though I had agreed to pay the $260. Love these guys!

Really outstanding work and great install crew. After…read moreseveral bids I found All About Gutters had the best price. They showed up on time and worked all day to complete a big job. Rep called me back and explained why they are cautious about cleaning metal roofs. In short I've…read morebeen doing it wrong. He offered to make things right but his explanation was enough. I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."

We were so impressed with High Point Gutter when Jason Kurtz came out to give us their estimate…read morethat we didn't get any other bids. This was unusual for us, but we signed up on the spot. And the company lived up to that high mark. It was fun to watch Joey and Luke fabricate our 57 foot gutters out of the back of their truck and then wrangle them into place on the front and the back of our house. Well done, guys. We are extremely pleased with the result. Many thanks to Operations Manager Kenny York for overall management of the project. Five Stars to High Point Gutter. We'd recommend you to anyone for sure.

I contacted this company to address a single noisy downspout. I received multiple quotes, and…read moretheirs was by far the highest -- more than three times what other companies quoted. They provided two separate estimates: one for the noisy downspout and another for a basic cleaning. When I asked why the estimate for the downspout was so high, I received a text from the estimator, Evan, saying that I was "not the right fit" for the company, complete with a smiley face emoji. The interaction came across as very passive-aggressive. I then attempted to schedule ONLY the basic cleaning (a separate estimate), because the project manager had not indicated that I was not allowed to do so, and I continued to receive automated reminders via text and email to schedule it. Then, Evan followed up with a passive-aggressive email, also complete with a smiley face emoji, continuing the interaction unnecessarily. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I arranged to have the screens, windows, and gutters cleaned and later added in the window frame, both inside and outside. A very good job was performed.
