Part of my gutter had fallen off, and both the roof and gutters were in pretty bad shape with a lot of moss. I talked to a few other companies before, and some tried to oversell or make the situation sound worse. This team gave me the most practical suggestions and a very reasonable estimate. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice. Juan and Mario showed up on time and worked super efficiently. In about three hours, they got everything done perfectly, roof and gutters cleaned, gutters fixed, everything spotless. However, I found the service overpriced (I paid $272 for a 2-story 2300sf house) and really no better than I could do myself. The gutters were definitely "cleared out" of debris and leaves, but it pretty much looked like someone just put on some gloves and quickly pulled out all the big stuff. There were still plenty of small leaves and pine needles and dirt in the gutters, and in no way would I consider them "clean". This company definitely rushed through the job and did nothing "above and beyond" worthy of praise. Honestly, you'd be better off hiring a neighborhood teen for $50 bucks and calling it good. I also remember a year or two ago I had my roof pressure washed (I forget which company did this), and they threw in the gutter cleaning for free. The roof looked absolutely brand new and the gutters were spotless; as if they polished every inch with a rag or something. This cost around $400 bucks total, which is not much more than I paid these guys for *just* a gutter "unblocking".. Next time, I'll just grab a ladder and some gloves and spend half an hour doing this myself.

Window Cleaning was great... I can actually see out of my windows now and they did a thorough job in both interior and exterior without any upsells. They also cleaned the other mirrors in my house as a courtesy. Moss removal... just wow, see pics attached. Gutter cleaning... this is where they went way above and beyond. Long story short, I had a leak in the elbow of one of my downspouts shortly after they finished their cleaning. Naturally, I was confused why this was the case right after the gutters were cleaned by Hendrix. It turns out that the gutters (which are brand new) were installed improperly without proper egress for some of the downspouts. They came back out and helped me diagnose these issues for all of my downspout and helped me think about how to communicate to my gutter company, even though it turned out that none of this was their fault. He did a bang-up job, taking his leaf blower and put it directly into the gutters which made everything fly out everywhere. My other neighbor did the same service - and his neighbor's house also got muck splattered everywhere. I constantly felt like I had to hold Charles' feet to the fire, so to speak. I had to make sure he came back to finish the job. Make sure he cleaned our skylights like he said he would. I got the feeling that if I wasn't involved, he would've cut corners or perhaps left before the job was done. Again - he's a nice fellow and he works quickly, but at what cost? There is so much muck on my back deck and on my neighbor's house. I would have thought he'd dispose of the leaves/muck in a bucket instead of blowing it all over my shrubs, deck and the neighbor's house without discrimination. What a mess!
