When I finally dig an inspector out, he said there was no issue whatsoever and that I was fine to just clean up some minor water spots on an interior window and do a better job caulking. I finally went for a second opinion, and not only did they find the nails were not galvanized and installed on top of the roof instead of on the side, water had leaked in quite drastically leading to a $3000 repair. This other company literally walked on top of my roof and with her bare hands, picked up the entire tack strip that is supposed to keep things glued down. She couldn't believe the nails that were used and the placement but more so, that this was said to be 'no issue' by a professional. Your guy that came out to investigate literally never even put his hand on it to wiggle it around and see if there was an issue, he just looked - no ladder, just climbed part of my balcony and looked. If I had listened to him and just caulked the interior window so that more water wouldn't have come through, this would've continued and become an absolutely horrific problem. I know customer service agents aren't always a reflection of the company but this gentleman was a 'master installer' his words. I'm not sure what there is more to say, but as a business owner you may want to know. As an aside, I do appreciate that even months later, someone responded to this. I do hope things work out as your company continues to change.

While working inside, the staff took their shoes off and were very quiet and respectful of our home. The pictures provided once a job was finished helped greatly. As a customer having a window cleaning, go ahead and have the frames inside and out cleaned. The dirt accumulated on the frame is worth eliminating up front. There is no question that I would use the service again. The gutters and windows looked like new when the job was finished.

Well I was feeling like that until the Better Window Cleaning came and cleaned all my windows inside and out, leaving everything sparkling and clear again. This was the third time this team has cleaned my windows over the past 6 years or so. They always do an amazing job and are somehow able to get to the impossible-to-reach areas. I have a particularly problematic kitchen window (ok the whole house is problematic since it's 4 stories high and along a slope, which is why I can't clean the windows myself) that's up on the third floor, on a hill, and behind a tree, and they came back not once but TWICE with different equipment to clean it until I was satisfied that it was clean. I really couldn't believe they went to all that trouble, since I told them I wasn't even sure if they'd be able to reach that window. It's the kitchen window so obviously I look through it alot and it makes a huge difference in my world to have it clean again. Apparently they serviced my roof too, which is another thing they've done multiple times. My roof is super high up and I don't have a good way to see how it's looking but my assumption is that it's moss free and good for another year of leaves falling and birds jumping around up there without my needing to worry the roof is in bad shape. Honestly this team goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. They're super easy to deal with, since they use text/email/phone calls, and everyone from the team I met over the times I called and they came back to clean the problem window was very gracious and helpful. Window Cleaning was great... I can actually see out of my windows now and they did a thorough job in both interior and exterior without any upsells. They also cleaned the other mirrors in my house as a courtesy. Moss removal... just wow, see pics attached. Gutter cleaning... this is where they went way above and beyond. Long story short, I had a leak in the elbow of one of my downspouts shortly after they finished their cleaning. Naturally, I was confused why this was the case right after the gutters were cleaned by Hendrix. It turns out that the gutters (which are brand new) were installed improperly without proper egress for some of the downspouts. They came back out and helped me diagnose these issues for all of my downspout and helped me think about how to communicate to my gutter company, even though it turned out that none of this was their fault.
