This was the third time this team has cleaned my windows over the past 6 years or so. They always do an amazing job and are somehow able to get to the impossible-to-reach areas. I have a particularly problematic kitchen window (ok the whole house is problematic since it's 4 stories high and along a slope, which is why I can't clean the windows myself) that's up on the third floor, on a hill, and behind a tree, and they came back not once but TWICE with different equipment to clean it until I was satisfied that it was clean. I really couldn't believe they went to all that trouble, since I told them I wasn't even sure if they'd be able to reach that window. It's the kitchen window so obviously I look through it alot and it makes a huge difference in my world to have it clean again. Many of the cabinets were obviously still dirty, some windows were cleaner than others, and there were extremely obvious dirt/soot and adhesives next to a few windows that were not cleaned. After the cleaning was done, I spent several hours personally doing additional cleaning, which defeated the purpose of hiring someone else. The other issue was communication. We very clearly indicated beforehand that we should be given advance notice before the cleaning ended so we could come and inspect the result. Instead, the cleaner notified us when the cleaning was already done, and packed all of his supplies before we arrived to inspect so that he couldn't fix anything up. When the above issues were discussed, he said that we should have gotten a 'deep cleaning' to address those (this was never mentioned to me at all before). We paid $429 for this cleaning (2 br), and I had accepted all upsells, including very explicitly that cabinets and windows were included. This wasn't even an excessively dirty apartment - just pretty normal wear and tear. If you're looking to pay someone to just take care of your move out cleaning and not have to micro manage or worry about it, this is not the place.
