The products used seem to be environmentally friendly. They dry fast. In fact to my surprise, they were dry with in 24 hours. The prior 3 times we have had them professionally cleaned with shampoo and water extraction they took 3 days to dry, and the ripples left by the application of water took even longer to go away. We were told, by the company who clean our rugs all three times prior, that we might need to have them restretched . We thought this was caused by a flawed characteristic of our rugs. Because of this we only scheduled cleaning in the middle of August on predicted hot days. With the zero-rez technology as our carpets got dry the original colors of the multicolored yarns look more vibrant, which seems to indicate the carpets are much cleaner than they ever have been. Our technicians were cordial and seemed to genuinely care about answering our questions and giving us the best service they had to offer. That is why we gave them the highest rating of 10. read more

Zerorez - Sparkle was put back into this 20 year old carpet. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Redmond, Washington

Sent the wrong equipment the first time, so they canceled the appointment on me (despite the fact they'd cleaned my carpets the year before - so, should've known which equipment to bring). Canceled on me again when I re-scheduled with the excuse their truck broke down. Both times I had vacuumed and moved furniture to get read for them. Waited around most of the day for them the second time. Total flakes. Unreliable. Will never use them again. read more

Before we moved, I arranged to have the carpets cleaned at the new place prior to our moving day. The scheduling window to have this work done was pretty tight, since the home's previous owner didn't initially have a concrete move-out date, and a cleaning crew for the bathrooms/kitchen/etc. was going to do their work around the same time. Zerorez was flexible with us, and we came up with a schedule for the carpet cleaning to be completed in the midst of everything else. On the day of the work, they showed up right when we agreed and started/finished on time. I took advantage of a promo offer covering carpet cleaning in 3 rooms for $149. Since I wanted to clean all carpeting on the second floor, I ended up purchasing 2 $149 promos to clean 4 bedrooms and an upstairs "Rec Room". In addition to this, I also had to pay $35 for the upstairs hallway, so I'm not sure how much of a value the promos turned out to be in the end. The technician was successful in convincing me to add a protectant ("615") coating for the 4 bedrooms, which was an additional $45/room. I was able to use another promo for $20 off, so the final total was $510 after tax and an environmental disposal fee. The technician was very friendly and transparent about the way they bill their work, and answered all my questions. Since having completely empty rooms to clean was a rare opportunity, I was more open to paying extra if it meant the carpets were not only cleaned but coated with a protective layer for the coming years. Still, it helped convince me to go the extra mile with Zerorez's Services because I was dealing with someone who was pleasant and not pushy. I would recommend them and am sharing my invoice below for the benefit of future "quote" calculations. read more

I was moving from Bellevue to Kirkland, and unfortunately the original sellers wore shoes in the house and tracked dirt and debris for 9 years while they were owners. I wish Americans would stop doing this! Anyways, I contacted ZeroRez to clean 3 carpeted bedrooms, 300 Sq ft of travertine tile, 2 hallways, and fair amount of natural hardwood. Note: they tell you fairly large windows of arrival time (like 10am - 3pm), since they are located in South King County, so if you live North Eastside, it can take awhile and they are also optimizing routes. Just be aware of this logistical item. Front office staff got me in a date and time I could work with. The real star was James, the tech. He notified me at all stages of the cleaning. When he was on his way, nearby, onsite, almost done, and completed. He went through each section they precisely measure. Then goes through options of cleaning, sealing, etc.. Very thorough, estimate. He was able to turn our, what I thought was gray carpet - light white!!! I was like appalled on how much dirt the sellers tracked in. The grout and travertine was cleaned and sealed thoroughly - you can feel the stone and not years of dirt and most likely wet swifter mopping or lack thereof. Also he did clean our tiled granite countertops and grout lines. The hardwood was pretty awesome, it was weathered and lost it's finish and "sheen" and James brought it back to life. PSA: Americans before you sell your house, contact ZeroRez to remove the filth on your floors, carpets, and counters. And stop wearing shoes in the house!!! LoL. Contact ZeroRez - you'll be happy you did. read more

We had a horrible smell - dog urine mixed with vinegar- it was so bad it made us question if we should just rip out carpet! Alec and Gabe came in, didn't make any promises (because it was bad!) but we tried it- I'm truly shocked that the smell came out! Very pleased! The two men were delightful to work with. read more

We have had our carpets cleaned many times over the years and when our regular person retired, we sought out a new company. The prospect of fewer chemicals was appealing so we decided to give Zerorez a try...plus they has a $149 "special". We don't have a lot of carpet but with 2 dogs, there are some traffic issues. I expected an "upsell" and wasn't disappointed. The technician suggested a few things which I opted out of but the "high traffic" or something like that sounded like a good idea since our carpets a getting old. No price was mentioned. After finishing, the 2 areas that needed the extra cleaning (about 30 sq. ft.) were still very dirty. Our other cleaner never had an issue with this area. I asked him to go over it again, which he did with little success. After leaving and charging us over $500, I thought what's the worst that could happen if I went over the are with my Bissell. Turned out to be a good idea...but what a disappointment. I don't no if it was a new person but clearly didn't know how to clean. I did reach out to the company to see if they would make it rights but was ghosted. read more

We had our carpet cleaned on a Friday. We were told it would be dry in 6-8 hours. When we went upstairs that evening the carpet in the master bedroom had a very large diameter wet spot. When it finally dried three days later it left a 2ft x 3ft stain. After the weekend the carpet looked no cleaner than it did before it was cleaned and there is still a putred smell coming from the carpet in one of the other rooms! I have called every week for the last 6 weeks and no one had bothered to return any phone calls! read more

Zerorez - Stain left on carpet - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Redmond, Washington

My carpets were cleaned by zerorez in July of '23. After the carpets dried I discovered that if I wore white socks they became blackened on the bottoms when I walked on the supposedly clean carpets. I am very disgusted with the work they did. My carpets are not clean! I have called several times to speak to a manager but have never been able to. My request to give the manager a message to call me with the Tukwila office has gone unanswered now for a month. They state in their advertising that they will make it right if they didn't get it that way the first time. I have to say that they are very difficult to deal with if you have a problem. read more

We had a really good experience with Zerorez when we moved into our new rental home and appreciated them getting back to us right away after we contacted them for a quote. When we moved into our rental home there was some confusion with our landlords about how to prepare a home for tenants. They had never been landlords before so the whole process from start to finish was very foreign to them. They mentioned the carpets had been "cleaned" but what they meant was vacuumed only. After we started moving in we realized the carpets were pretty dirty and wanted to get them cleaned asap so that we could continue moving in. Zerorez got right back to us and scheduled a cleaning that week. They did a great job getting all the stains out of the carpets, pulling up the dirt from the stairs, and freshening everything up. They even gave us a bit of a discount because we had misunderstood how to count the staircase and hallways. Even though they did end up adding a bit to the original quoted price due to our mistake, they still gave us a significant discount on these areas which was much appreciated. The technician was friendly and helpful and worked quickly. Our landlord was so pleased with how nice the carpets looked they even reimbursed us. We'll be sure to contact them again when we move out and get the carpets cleaned before our final walkthrough. read more

That was happened today Please don't waste your time to trust this company's service and their estimate quote. Because those estimate was just as their FAKE ADVERTISE. They really don't care their company reputation. It looks like there was a job procedure, when their service people came to the job site; they will first declare no guarantee for their carpet cleaning job for those original estimate quote. If you want them to warrantee for their own cleaning jobs, then they will try to provide you some new product to ask for $100 dollar more than original quote. If you question about, they will walk away in purposely to damage your business schedule without any apologize. read more

I haven't had my carpets cleaned in a couple of years, and I have a couple of cats and a 7 year old, so it was time. I made the appointment online. Their arrival window was a little wider than I would have liked (between 8 am and 1 pm) but the technician called and let me know when he would arrive (just after 9). The technician (Alec) arrived, made sure it was ok to park in the driveway, explored the areas to be cleaned, explained the process, and got to work. There was some upselling, but it was quick and pressureless. I did agree to have the carpets pre-treated because one of my cats has been sick and I wanted them to be as clean as possible. Alec also was able to clean a rug that hadn't been cleaned since I purchased it 4 years ago. The result is wonderful. The carpets took a bit longer to dry than expected because it was a rainy day, but I'm very happy with the results. I can absolutely recommend ZeroRez for their professionalism and excellent results. I will be a regular customer. read more

I requested carpet cleaning. The quality of work is outstanding. The value is worth every penny.

First time using Zerorez and I was impressed with how they cleaned our carpets without the soapy chemical smells. We have cats that have left vomit stains through the house, and they were able to take care of it all in about 90 minutes. They even got out a stain that a previous company couldn't several years ago, which I thought was impressive. The water seemed to bunch up our carpets in several places, but the technician said it would level back down once it dried, which it did. It took a bit of effort to initially make the appointment as I had to leave several messages, but I am happy with the service once they arrived. Would recommend to friends and neighbors, and would use them again. read more

I will start by saying customer service is good. The kid who came out was very professional and did a great job communicating. In saying that it's been 3 days since the clean and so many spots have resurfaced. Needed carpet cleaned for my final move out. Appointment made with Zerorez 2 weeks prior and they cancelled the day of stating they had equipment failure and could reschedule for next AM for first cleaning. I drove back to my old condo and waited 2 hours before calling to get an ETA and was told the tech hadn't arrived to the shop but would be there. i waited another hour and called and was now told the equipment was still in need of repair. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he may not answer. I called the manager, no answer, left a VM, and no return call yet. Do not use this company if you expect reliability, professionalism, and great customer service. I wasted a day and a drive that took me 30 min for nothing. read more

Wow Nice guy from the afternoon show on KOMO showed up. Explained everything and worked hard. Recommend them. On time

I called them because of an AD I heard on the radio and a special they had going on. We usually clean the carpets ourselves, but with a bunch of kids bringing food and drinks down when they were not supposed to and a flood of the the basement affecting the two large areas it was beyond just my carpet cleaners scope of work that needed to be done. When the technician, Jay showed up, he asked what my expectations were and I told him, stains and the overall smell, left behind by the flood and stains on the stairs. He recommended other services, which quite frankly I was not expecting, but I want to be clear, he was not pushy or try to hard sell those services, it was here are recommendations, take them or leave them. I took them because of all the issues listed above. My carpets came out beautiful, the smell is gone and the areas look like new. Very happy with the results. read more

We did a 3 room special and add ons. Before beginning we told them it was for a move out and had a very picky landlord. We ended up paying about 800$ for stains left afterwards that we had to get out ourselves. The only reason why it's a 2 star instead of 1 is the guy was very friendly. Their guarantee is shit. I called them and asked for them to come back and all they could do was make a note of it for the owner. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. read more

Was called on Saturday and told my house was first on the list for an 8-12 time frame and arranged my day accordingly. Was surprised to hear that morning during my time frame that my appointment was moved back unexpectedly. When the tech did arrive I was a little taken back that the first thing I hear is that your company wants more money. I have used several carpet cleaning companies in the past and not one has walked through the door then tried to upsell me. Also having he tech leave his garbage slippers is not a good lasting impression. I probably won't use again and probably won't recommend however the carpets came out nice which is why I rated the way I did. I did ask your tech if your company would be open to adding this additional protection (the upsell) complimentary for the miscommunication however I was only offered $20 off of an additional $90 which I did decline. Completed the survey that was emailed me to me as well read more

I was disappointed in how much all the add ONS where. Their quote is more like them showing up with water in the truck, but if you want clearer it's an add, if you want spot removal it's an add, etc... their technician was really nice. I was just disappointed in how the quote went from $199 to by the time he was done adding basically everything needed to actually clean the carpets it was over $400. read more

Do not use this company. Their technician ruined my newly resurfaced hard wood floor. He put his wand down and left a burn or stain on my hard wood floor. Also my carpet didn't smell or look liked I had them professionally cleaned. read more

Carpets look and smell great after. Dominic was knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with. I've already recommended to friends.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Specifically for the morning. Scheduled without a problem. Was told a technician would contact me a day before to give me a window of arrival. No call, no contact. This isn't completely unexpected, many businesses or delivery places say they will call and don't. I roll with it, assuming they would show around 8-10 am. Get up really early, move all the furniture and prepare for cleaning. Getting a little nervous about the timing, so I called. They say that they can't get out till 2pm in the afternoon because the booked an earlier appointment with another customer. This will not work. I won't be home at 2pm and SPECIFICALLY asked for a morning appointment and was told "no problem". They offered to reschedule. I had put in a lot of work and planned my day to work around the morning scheduling. Lots of carpet cleaning services want my business. DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO. Keep your word. We have a big house, expensive job to do. Very disappointed. read more
