Out of blue, about two weeks ago, we started having major issues with this company including no-shows where the cleaners never arrived; we have the confirmation emails as well they sent us for these cleanings. On one of these days, I texted the company (who has read receipts on so I know they read them) letting them know no one arrived and we wanted to make sure we didn't get charged - we were super polite as we understand mistakes happen. Yet, they read those texts over a week ago now and never replied. Over the course of the last about 10 days, we have sent three emails to their main booking email address as well as Nancy (who helps with scheduling) to reschedule our cleaning that was missed and move around two other booking dates we had scheduled for the following month. No replies. No acknowledgment of the missed cleaning. No reply to us trying to reschedule it. Nothing. My husband and I are actually very confused as we have never complained about a single cleaning, never late cancelled, and have always paid on time. I was hoping to avoid this review and hoping a team member from Four Seasons Cleaning would reach out or reply to us, but now that over a week has passed, I'm not sure that will happen. I unfortunately can not recommend this company to anyone looking for consistency, reliability, and good communication.

Other cleaning services we've used in the past have been rather unreliable in this respect, frequently canceling last minute or no showing altogether. It was refreshing to find a company that operated in such a professional manner. Zora and her team routinely did an excellent job of freshening up our house and making it a welcoming oasis to come home to after a long day of work. They also were remarkably flexible at handling our pets, which we were keeping separated at the time. They never forgot to close up one room before opening a different room with a different pet. Zora usually arrived with two other members of her team and tackled our three story rental quickly, often in less than two hours. They were always pleasant and friendly to be around and we felt safe having them in our home with us and our pets. Their prices are incredibly competitive and they do wonderful work. I had no idea what they have done. The next day I went over to the home to inspect. To my surprise, not too much has been done (I have gifted vivid memory and I have been painting and cleaning the place for weeks right before they came) They did clean the top of the fridge and un-necessarily vacuumed the carpet (which was professionally shampooed 2 months before and no body live in since) So I asked them to provide a list of tasks they have done. They texted me back with a list of lies: 1. oven washed and cleaned ((this is a lie, the range was brand new and never used)) 2. Outlets and light switches wiped ((these items were removed and washed by me after new paint 2 days before)) 3. Windows tracks washed Window sills washed ((this is a lie, new paint applied to windows 2 days before)) 4. Hard floors washed ((this is a lie or un-necessary job, the small hard floor had been washed 2 days before)) 5. Light fixtures washed ((this is a lie, the light fixture over dinning area had been deep cleaned 2 months before. And after they "washed" I can see dust all over it)) 6. Showers and bathtub washed cleaned ((this is a lie, nothing is cleaned, the shower glass door and bottom are the same. even worse they left lots of sands in the tub and I have to clean myself)) The list goes on and on.
