I really appreciated their excellent communication in scheduling days and times. They were also always very punctual and kept their appointments they made with us. Other cleaning services we've used in the past have been rather unreliable in this respect, frequently canceling last minute or no showing altogether. It was refreshing to find a company that operated in such a professional manner. Zora and her team routinely did an excellent job of freshening up our house and making it a welcoming oasis to come home to after a long day of work. They also were remarkably flexible at handling our pets, which we were keeping separated at the time. They never forgot to close up one room before opening a different room with a different pet. Zora usually arrived with two other members of her team and tackled our three story rental quickly, often in less than two hours. They were always pleasant and friendly to be around and we felt safe having them in our home with us and our pets. Their prices are incredibly competitive and they do wonderful work. We learned of this cleaning service from a friend of ours who has been using them for an extended period of time when we were evaluating cleaning services. We chose to go with Z Twins for several reasons. First, the communication was top notch. I had used another cleaning service for a move-out from an apartment and the other service was late and didn't tell me in a timely manner. Z Twins has consistently contacted me at least a day prior to a scheduled appointment to confirm the appointment and then met the scheduled time. This makes it easy for me to plan my day around the cleaners as I know exactly when they will be here. Second, as mentioned in other reviews, Zora and her team are excellent with pets. The supplies and tools they use have not harmed or scared our small Pomeranian in any way. For us, this is a must have as he is family. Lastly, the price was reasonable and fair for the service delivered. As I noted above, we looked at several cleaning services prior to selecting Zora and her team and she offered a competitive rate for regular service (we have a cleaning done every three weeks). The quality of the cleaning is excellent - and she has offered us tips on how we can improve the wear of some things around the house (such as using tin foil over the oven caps). Zora and her team of Ladies are professional, friendly and helpful. I have been using them now for approximately 5 months. I so enjoy the cleanliness and freshness of my home when they are done! I am handicapped and recently had to have a procedure done. That being said, it truly laid me out. The Ladies were so kind and helpful.
