I really appreciated their excellent communication in scheduling days and times. They were also always very punctual and kept their appointments they made with us. Other cleaning services we've used in the past have been rather unreliable in this respect, frequently canceling last minute or no showing altogether. It was refreshing to find a company that operated in such a professional manner. Zora and her team routinely did an excellent job of freshening up our house and making it a welcoming oasis to come home to after a long day of work. They also were remarkably flexible at handling our pets, which we were keeping separated at the time. They never forgot to close up one room before opening a different room with a different pet. Zora usually arrived with two other members of her team and tackled our three story rental quickly, often in less than two hours. They were always pleasant and friendly to be around and we felt safe having them in our home with us and our pets. Their prices are incredibly competitive and they do wonderful work. Zora and her team of Ladies are professional, friendly and helpful. I have been using them now for approximately 5 months. I so enjoy the cleanliness and freshness of my home when they are done! I am handicapped and recently had to have a procedure done. That being said, it truly laid me out. The Ladies were so kind and helpful. I always make sure clean sheets are ready to go each time they come, they make a fresh bed for me each time. As soon as they were done, they let me know so I could go and rest. At one point my high schooler needed to pick something up from her orchestra teacher, I was not cleared to drive yet.
