On one of these days, I texted the company (who has read receipts on so I know they read them) letting them know no one arrived and we wanted to make sure we didn't get charged - we were super polite as we understand mistakes happen. Yet, they read those texts over a week ago now and never replied. Over the course of the last about 10 days, we have sent three emails to their main booking email address as well as Nancy (who helps with scheduling) to reschedule our cleaning that was missed and move around two other booking dates we had scheduled for the following month. No replies. No acknowledgment of the missed cleaning. No reply to us trying to reschedule it. Nothing. My husband and I are actually very confused as we have never complained about a single cleaning, never late cancelled, and have always paid on time. I was hoping to avoid this review and hoping a team member from Four Seasons Cleaning would reach out or reply to us, but now that over a week has passed, I'm not sure that will happen. I unfortunately can not recommend this company to anyone looking for consistency, reliability, and good communication.

I really appreciated their excellent communication in scheduling days and times. They were also always very punctual and kept their appointments they made with us. Other cleaning services we've used in the past have been rather unreliable in this respect, frequently canceling last minute or no showing altogether. It was refreshing to find a company that operated in such a professional manner. Zora and her team routinely did an excellent job of freshening up our house and making it a welcoming oasis to come home to after a long day of work. They also were remarkably flexible at handling our pets, which we were keeping separated at the time. They never forgot to close up one room before opening a different room with a different pet. Zora usually arrived with two other members of her team and tackled our three story rental quickly, often in less than two hours. They were always pleasant and friendly to be around and we felt safe having them in our home with us and our pets. Their prices are incredibly competitive and they do wonderful work. I had guests coming that weekend, but fatigue took me down and my last resort was getting help washing dishes, cleaning the microwave, wiping down kitchen counters, cleaning the toilet (no easy task) and bathroom sink/counter, and taking out recycling. They did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom - she got my toilet cleaner than I thought possible and was able to explain the reason for the light discoloration that couldn't be gotten rid of (which was very helpful). The other cleaner (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) did an amazing job on my microwave (another tough one). She also went above and beyond even offering to clean the floors in the areas they worked in where she worried she may have made them messier - I really don't think it was possible to make them messier, but I took her up on her offer and she did a great job. My floors are beautiful but very difficult to clean, so I was very impressed - no streaks! She was also very conscious of not "overstaying her welcome" (for lack of a better phrase). She offered options for coming back and is very flexible and open. Great work ethic and kind heart. Highly recommend her.
