I have a townhouse under 1400 square feet that had been cleaned completely top to bottom 2 months age and no one has been lived in since. Over the passed 2 weeks I have been painting and cleaning the place. 3 days ago I asked them to come do deep cleaning that I might have been missed. I trusted them and they would use their judgement to clean what I might have missed. They entered the house alone without anyone else watching. The charged me 3 men X 4.25 hours for over $860. I had no idea what they have done. The next day I went over to the home to inspect. To my surprise, not too much has been done (I have gifted vivid memory and I have been painting and cleaning the place for weeks right before they came) They did clean the top of the fridge and un-necessarily vacuumed the carpet (which was professionally shampooed 2 months before and no body live in since) So I asked them to provide a list of tasks they have done. They texted me back with a list of lies: 1. oven washed and cleaned ((this is a lie, the range was brand new and never used)) 2. Outlets and light switches wiped ((these items were removed and washed by me after new paint 2 days before)) 3. Windows tracks washed Window sills washed ((this is a lie, new paint applied to windows 2 days before)) 4. Hard floors washed ((this is a lie or un-necessary job, the small hard floor had been washed 2 days before)) 5. Light fixtures washed ((this is a lie, the light fixture over dinning area had been deep cleaned 2 months before. And after they "washed" I can see dust all over it)) 6. Showers and bathtub washed cleaned ((this is a lie, nothing is cleaned, the shower glass door and bottom are the same. even worse they left lots of sands in the tub and I have to clean myself)) The list goes on and on. read more

I can't say enough goodness about this company and the warmth and perfection they have brought to our home. We are "clean" and "type-A" people....a household of '2' with a black lab. We are busy people but business-owners and needed a bit of help with our home during a busy week of work. The pine needles and dog-hair became a bit much during the week and we didn't have time to deal.. Magic-hand was in our first office building for our own business which is where we discovered them. We literally watched them flourish and grow before our very eyes. They got new cars, more cars, more people and so-on and so-forth. My husband has an eye for business and took notice of their growth. Eventually, we moved on from that office and they did too....they moved on to a better location (still in Woodinville) and coincidentally we needed their services years down the road. I called their office on a summer's day and spoke with Leslie, who is profoundly friendly and accommodating. She will be your confidant from day-1. She connected me to Flor Cavaillo's team and I have loved Flor and her partners from the get-go. Flor arrives not only on-time, but 10 mintues early to unload her car, give me a hug and instruct her sidekick. They are efficient, caring and loving and I can't say enough about her and her attention to detail. Flor is such an asset to Magic Hands and you won't be sorry to have her take care of your home....whether it is for the week, a day or even two weeks. She is thorough and loving! read more

I booked a cleaning with Magic Hands and they said they had a opening the next day. 8pm I received a text confirming 1 pm the next day. 12:40 I receive a text asking is 2:30 ok. I said no as I was leaving work to let them in. Ok they say we are on our way see you at 1. At 1:15 I get a text saying the crew in 20 minutes away. I ask ok. Crew arrived 1:40 The cleaning was ok nothing special. Missed a lot of areas. I'm still wondering how a framed pic of my daughter that was on my bedside table ended up across the room on my jewelry table. read more

We hired Magic Hands to do our move-out cleaning when selling our house in Seattle. They were quick to schedule and the team showed up promptly on time, with supplies and ready to work. We were lucky to have Ely and Gerardo do our cleaning - our house sparkled after they got their hands on it! Very impressive. Our place looked better that it ever had before. I would recommend these guys for sure. They always arrive on time and ready to get the job done. Very hard working and polite. They are very thorough. I get a kick out of them folding the toilet paper rolls and making flowers with the Kleenex boxes. When they leave my house is sparkling clean. They even dust all the blinds! We contracted MHC last fall for a quick trial. The team did nothing but impress my wife and I with their services. so much so that we had them put us on a bi-weekly schedule.
