The couch and love seat in my house were -- putting it mildly -- pretty beaten up by the attentions of a generation of people and several generations of felines. I could have replaced them with new ones, but the design of these two pieces is suited perfectly to the design of the house and I knew that I wouldn't be able to find new ones that would fit the room so well.
