I had 4 parsons style dining chairs that I loved but the faux leather was peeling off so they were no longer usable. I reached out to Highland Upholstery and they had TONS of fabric/leather options and were super helpful. They replaced the leather and the cushions and their craftmanship was excellent! They completed the project ahead of their estimate, and were very communicative throughout the process. I am so happy to have my beautiful comfy dining chairs back! I have recommended them to clients and will definitely work with them again. read more

Did great work on our very old swivel chairs that my husband could not part with. The living room chairs needed to be fully reupholstered due to wear from many years of being my husband 's favorite chair to sit on every evening and many circuits/twirl-arounds from the grandchildren. read more

They knew exactly what I wanted to do and executed it perfectly. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond the call. I will use them again. read more

We have a cat that likes to attack buttons on our furniture. We reached out to Bellevue Eastside Upholstery for a quote to fix our cushion, and they were so kind to fix it for free. We could not be more grateful. We will be reaching out for compensated services in the future. Thank you! read more

The customer is always right. My customer requested a quote for three beds (headboard, rails and slats) for her daughters. Archie & exceeded expectations, delivered and installed. He said, "yes", and his team made it happen. Everyone is happy. read more

This company upholstered a couch, loveseat, and chair for me. Everything went very smoothly and the furniture looks great.

If you are looking for an incredible upholstery company, Bellevue Eastside is your place. The detail in their workmanship is impeccable. They took my beautiful sofa from 1999, reupholstered the cushions that had ripped, and it looks better than it did originally. I couldn't be more pleased! read more

I rarely ever write reviews but felt compelled to make the time to share how awesome Archie and his team at Bellevue Eastside Upholstery are - super nice, reasonably priced, and so quick! We have a tufted couch that had 1-2 buttons that popped off and needed to be retightened. When they started work on it, they noticed the other buttons also needed tightening and called to let us know that they could also fix those too (to save us from having to have to call them again for another repair). To top it off, they offer pick up/delivery and also got the repair done in 24 hours! Would highly recommend them to everyone we know and plan to call again when our next piece of furniture needs some TLC. read more

Amazing work, I highly recommend. Does amazing work. Very skilled at what she does. I will definitely go back again

Kim while I appreciate your response to my review the Unvaccinated/Unmasked individual that came to my home is the owner Ray Sparks. Mr Sparks is the person I spoke with when I inquired if he was vaccinated and he is the one who told me not to ever contact him again. While your company may not require their employees to be vaccinated Bellevue Eastside Upholstery has the obligation to inform their clients that they are not vaccinated and to provide a negative Covid Test prior to meeting with a client. read more

I had an old chair and footstool of my grandfather's that had a lot of meaning for me. However, the cushions had seen better days. I took the cushions and footstool to Bellevue Eastside Upholstery based on other positive reviews here and I could not be happier!!! Once I selected the fabric (and they have a zillion options), they had it in the shop in a few days. All the pieces were done in less than a week and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them for any upholstery needs. read more

They did a beautiful job reupholstering my couch. I've had it for a year now and it looks as good as when they returned it and is just as comfortable. read more

Bellevue Eastside reupholstered two club chairs for me and did a fantastic job! I chose a really difficult, definite striped pattern and they handled the material beautifully- the chairs matching perfectly. The new stuffing makes them the most comfortable chairs in the room. They were really pleasant and easy to deal with, too. I will use them again and highly recommend them. They're the Best! read more

I just brought a leather chair cushion in to be repaired at Bellevue Eastside Upholstery and found that there were new owners. I'm happy to say that the service is still spectacular. They are quick, skilled and very cost effective. Stop in and say hi to Archie. By the way they've done repair on my boat canvas and cushions and the work was spectacular, I didn't have to wait weeks like local canvas shops and the cost wasn't anything near what canvas shops want to charge. Give them a try for your boat too. read more

I brought in an art deco chair, I've had it in storage for many years and it was tattered. The staff was attentive and helpful. Most everyone in the shop was both interested in my piece and showed me (with enthusiasm) other projects they worked on. Their pricing was fair and a fraction of what the extortionists (my other upholstery review) we're charging. They returned phone calls, e mail and were reliable with time lines. Most of all, the finished work I i s exemplary! They made one adjustment cheerfully and I'm very happy this few months later having my chair home. read more

We have had many pieces of furniture reupholstered and this is by far one of the best pieces of workmanship. The fabric has very subtle stripes and it all matches perfectly! So many fabrics to choose from and they let you take your time looking- no high pressure sales. The owners are very friendly and Lisa is great to work with. Now I am looking around the house for my pieces to cover. Joann P. read more

Amazing upholstery shop: high quality, exceptional customer service, responsive and fair!

I appreciate the help you gave with sofa cushions for a piece of furniture I love.

I'd like to thank the folks at Bellevue Eastside Upholstery for their kind gesture of delivering my reupholstered chair cushion when I panicked before my daughter's wedding. The top cushion of the chair had been damaged by our dog's nesting on it for years and we had a miscommunication about when I had hoped to have it completed. Yes, the quality of the reupholstery was top notch (completely reupholstered the cushion to match the damaged one - new zipper, piping, worked with pattern...) but these folks also care about their customers. This one totally appreciates their focus on customer service. Again, thank you! read more

I had a minor chair button repair- and they were so nice. They repaired it while I waited! We are getting ready to move, and I didn't have weeks just to have a button repair. They did a perfect job and I am really, really happy I found them. Thanks to Lisa for letting us come in with this tiny job and to the repair people. (and it was really reasonable!) read more

I had a family room chair covered in a fabric called Flame. I was a little nervous. The color turned out great, and the workmanship was beautiful. It really warms up the room. read more

The bench we recovered was wonderfully done. I had some very expensive specialty fabric and they were able to cut and reupholster it so precisely I was able to have some pillows made with the remnants. They were able to stain the legs to match the fabric and highlight the grain of the wood. We are more than satisfied. Good Work! On time and they even saved me some money with a suggestion. read more

it wasn't easy locating this business but it was well worth the time it took to find it!! I had had an unpleasant experience with a different Bellevue upholstery store this past year and was a bit hesitant about finding another business to have another piece of furniture redone. I shouldn't have been worried at all with Bellevue Eastside Upholstery. They did an absolutely flawless job. Lisa was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I couldn't be happier with the job they did!! read more
