Kevin does a fantastic job! He has cleaned our carpet, my parents' house, and my grandparents' house on several occasions. Last Fall, he cleaned our carpet at our new house before we moved in. We had just painted & a few drops got on the carpet & he went above & beyond by going to the store to get very fine scissors to cut a few parts of the paint out of the carpet. It looks flawless. Did not ask or expect that of him! Yesterday he cleaned our carpet again, as we had construction workers in our home & I wanted it clean again. We had a 2-3pm time frame. He called at 1:30 & asked if I prefer he come at 2 or 4. I told him my infant daughter had actually just fallen asleep for a nap & he said coming later around 4pm was no problem. Super sweet of him!! I made it easy by removing all furniture and vacuuming the areas that I wanted cleaned, but he went out of his way to do extras like our throw carpet in the entry way and a stain in a bedroom.
