I responded explaining which areas of our home and yard I wanted lights installed. Lateasta obtained a satellite view of our home, circling in red what she understood I wanted. It was like she read my mind. What she circled was exactly what I described. Paid the deposit, secured an install date and time frame of 2pm-4pm. The 3 installers showed up at 2:25pm, organized and ready to roll. The guys were super friendly and engaging. Our lights were put up in no time, and absolutely perfectly! I put in a quote request on yelp and this team came in slightly lower than everyone else, they were also available pretty quickly, which was important, part of the reason I wanted it done quickly was because the weather was quickly changing. I had put off getting this done primarily because I kept forgetting it needed to be done. My roof is not the tallest but its tall enough that it is out of reach for my extending ladder. They came out while it was raining and power washed it all. Now I didnt check on them at all during the process, but for sure everything is cleaned out. The processes was quick, easy, and easily completed. I would love to see them get a slightly different process going for credit cards, but I feel they are a younger company so I give them a slight pass for that. I will most likely call them back to get my roof cleaned off, but the one downside to this company, and its not there fault they dont advertise as a repair team, but if you look for gutters and find a team that also does repair they could suggest repairs or work that needs to get done. I think we need to rework part of our gutters, but that could not be recommended by this team unfortunately, or maybe i am wrong about the need to rework and they didnt recommend because they didnt see anything that was needed. Either way will use again for sure for cleaning projects!! read more

Looks like we have found our home maintenance team. William came out to pressure wash our moss infested driveway & did in 1-1/2 hours what it took me 3+ to do 3 years ago (& not very well). Spotless. He was amiable, humorous & relentless. I spoke with him of other projects I needed to do & he said he could take care of all of them & for far less than other quotes I received. If his attention to detail & quality of work on our driveway is any indication, I have no reservations in recommending this outfit. My wife said why don't we have them come out once a year? Great! I have too many other projects as it is. Next up, cleaning our windows & the filthy outside of our gutters. read more

We are very happy with the quality of work we paid for today. We were given an expected time when the serviceman would show up and he was actually early. He wore a mask and kept his distance due to the current COVID-19 situation. Our gutters were pretty dirty due to not having them cleaned for a couple of years and our skylights were gross. The serviceman cleaned off the roof, cleaned out the gutters, made the skylights spotless, and treated the roof for moss. He also cleaned up what was blown off the roof. It was nice to hear our roof is in good shape so now that it's clean we're going to be repeat customers. One of the reasons we chose this company is the fact that they have insurance. A neighbor used an uninsured person to clean his roof but he did so at a huge personal risk had the worker hurt himself etc. read more

Everything went smooth from the first call with Lateasta to the install with William tonight. Lateasta was patient with my many questions and was able to special order satin bulbs to achieve the softness I wanted. Since our home is very linear, I didn't want the lights to be blinding but rather, inviting. William is fun to have on site and he really made sure we were happy. I do not recommend this company. Our neighbors had called around for pricing on gutter cleaning and found this company. We too were in the market to get our gutters cleaned and our neighbor referred us stating we would receive a discount on gutter cleaning service. We were quoted $160 for gutter cleaning as well as our neighbors. When the service guy showed up, I asked him again how much it would be. He quoted me $245. I informed him we were quoted $160. He said, ah, yeah $245 is for everything which included gutters cleaned, screens installed over the gutters, and windows cleaned inside and out. I informed him we were just looking to get the gutters only. My wife went outside to talk to him on her way to the store and asked how much it would be just to get the screens installed after cleaning (which she didn't ask me how much we were originally quoted) and told her $245 for cleaning and screen installation. He completed our house and our neighbor's house. After he left, not only did we discover the gutters had not been completely cleaned out, he did not install screens on the gutters. We tried to reach them, but no answer. Our neighbor was able to get a hold of the service guy and he said they usually only install screens on the rear gutters. A neighbor down the street had a tall enough ladder to reach the back of our houses, and after further inspection, discovered he did not install screens on the rear gutters either. The company is not listed on the BBB website and I will be going to the location to talk to the manager. read more
