Initially, we thought we only needed gutter filters because our house is surrounded by fir and cedar trees. Leaf Guard would replace our gutters with their gutters and filters--that's all--for $25K! Leaf Filters wouldn't replace our gutters at all and install their filters in our existing 25 year old gutters for $16K. David Shore, who is a gutter expert/owner and not a company who is selling filters, explained that they would replace our gutters with the proper size (original ones were too small), add missing counter flashing between the roofing and the new gutters (very important!), new down spouts, new filters (of course), and add in several places "valley diverters" that would direct rain water into the gutters rather than creating a waterfall over the edges. Lastly, they spread moss killer on the whole 2-story, steep roof. Total price $16K and well worth it! Dave, the gutter expert not just a filter salesman, knew what our house needed and where to spend our money. Their expert installers, Cody and Daniel, completed the project in two days and each day they completely cleaned the entire work area with a magnet wheel, leaf blower as well as cutting up and hauling away the old gutters and downspouts. We would never have found this fantastic company if we hadn't gone to our local Home Depot pro shop where they referred us to High Point. The interaction came across as very passive-aggressive. I then attempted to schedule ONLY the basic cleaning (a separate estimate), because the project manager had not indicated that I was not allowed to do so, and I continued to receive automated reminders via text and email to schedule it. Then, Evan followed up with a passive-aggressive email, also complete with a smiley face emoji, continuing the interaction unnecessarily. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."

It was also agreed that Gutter Seattle would add a splash block for the downspout. I made it clear to them that because I am managing the property remotely, I wanted many close up photos since I cannot personally inspect the finished work, and Genika assured me that she would "instruct the crew to take an extra-thorough set of photos". However, once the work was complete, the photos and videos I was sent were all taken from about ten feet away. None of them allowed me to see the finished work in detail and none were taken from above showing the inside of the gutter. When I asked for better photos and also whether a splash block had been installed as agreed upon, I received a text from Paolo informing me "Unfortunately, we're not able to continue returning on a weekly basis solely to take more pictures". He went on to add (in his reply that I suspect entirely written using AI) : "This creates scheduling challenges for our crew and affects our ongoing projects". They also indicated they installed the splash block but provided no evidence they did so. When I subsequently asked my property manager to stop by and look at the work, photos taken by him showed that the splash block had NOT been installed as promised. I reached out to Gutter Seattle TWICE to say that the splash block that was agreed upon had not been installed, and both times my emails were completely ignored. If this is how they treat a relatively minor oversight on their part (a twenty dollar splash block that could be installed in five minutes, but which would cost me, being out of state, much more to hire a handyman to do separately), I can only imagine what will happen if I were to contact them about a real problem concerning the gutters themselves, which are supposely guaranteed by Gutter Seattle for eight years. 3/5 stars (for the gutter installation itself), 1/5 stars (for the customer service)

The crew themselves was flexible with the parking situation (thank you!) and quick with their work, and cleaned up well (I've been surprised I haven't found any nails in the grass in the month since they left). But really the thing that inspired this review is some water was getting behind a fascia board during the recent heavy rains so I took a video and asked them if they could help with that -- they had someone out a couple days later who inspected the situation, determines the roof was missing something that's supposed to stop that, and replaced it the next day. It's still not clear to me if that was actually in the scope of their work but clearly they care about making sure gutters are behaving as expected and if the roof isn't doing its job, then the gutters can't either. I don't get the sense it was an expensive part and I'm sure if it was extensive work they'd either need to refer out or get a change form, but the simplicity of the interaction is something I really appreciate. We have so many things going on in life that it's really nice just to delegate problems and have them taken care of easily and thoughtfully. Keep up the good work team.

Still we negotiated a slightly lower price with CR and made it more acceptable for us. They did a great job, were quick and cleaned up pretty well. As a contractor myself, I can be critical but the crew did a good job and now several months later, we are still happy we hired CR Master Roofing and have no problem recommending them.

I also asked for an updated estimate since house renovation could affect the number of issues that should be fixed and $$ amount and was told that they would come back to me with the date of the new estimate date. Next day they called me and told me that they could not have my job done before a month after the day they gave me a day before (so it will be two months from that day). When I asked about an estimate, it sounded like they heard about that first time. They scheduled me for almost 2 months from the day of the conversation and promised to get back on an updated estimate date again. A few days later they left me a voice mail that they would like withdraw their proposal and ask me to find another company. During my multiple conversations I was told that they cared more about roof replacement=big job=$$$ than about fixing things like in my case. If you need a roof replacement, maybe you will get a better treatment.

The customer rep Morgan is awesome / responsive, the crew was super nice (Andrew and Clayton) and the owner replied timely to questions / concerns as well. The a roughly 3000 sq home - 2 story, the project probably took the team 1.5 hours to complete. I surveyed the site afterwards and it was in good shape - not a whole lot of leftover debris from the roof. The crew used a water hose for the moss / gutter clean and afterwards applied a liquid solution to prevent moss - I was told the solution should be applied every 6 months (water hose and not pressure wash as pressure wash is too much for the roof). A brush wasn't used like some of the other gutter cleaning companies. The next day - when the sun was out I walked across the street to get a clear view of certain sections of my roof. I noticed "green" / moss still on a certain area so I took pictures and sent them to Jordan. He replied and said that he would have the team come back out and take care of it. Overall - Issaquah gutter has great customer service. Giving them a four star because we had to have the crew come out after the project to get the remainder of the moss on the roof. If it was all completed on day 1 I would have given them 5 stars. I engaged with a few other companies up front and went with Issaquah because they were most responsive and professional.

He went above and beyond to service our vents (even with some surprise obstacles - and perhaps some lapses in training). Since this particular service is new for this company (which we didn't know when scheduling), there are still some "kinks" being worked out. First, our tech was not provided access to information we shared with Customer Service in our scheduling process (i.e. our tech didn't know he was serving a home with ceiling vents, and thus, didn't bring a ladder or proper tools AND we were told by Customer Service that he would service the furnace, which he wasn't trained to do). Also, the company doesn't currently vacuum/wipe down affected surfaces after a duct cleaning service, so customers are left with a mess to clean-up. Growth opportunities acknowledged, overall, we enjoyed our experience with this company and can't say enough good things about Justin as a person. He was really such a joy. Pro Tip: Ensure you confirm your service needs directly to the tech before they arrive at your home, so they are adequately prepared.

He met with my husband and me to discuss what our options were. He inspected the roof and the inside and gave us an informal estimate. He followed up with a formal estimate just a day later.  This was a big job removing a chimney, patching the roof, replacing subfloor, and building a new wall.   Once they were able to start, things moved very fast but surprisingly cleanly for this large brick structure being torn down. Also, Ben, one of the main crewmen on the project, was quick, clean, and very quiet. I had to keep my animals in the back of the house and was able to work out a system for potty breaks. Very helpful.   Once the removal was done, Yuri brought in the subcontractor, an amazing drywall guy, Vladimir, and his crewmember Alex. They did an amazing job paying the sheetrock, mudding, and painting. I cannot stress that enough.
