I texted him with a photo on October 22, 2025 showing that the SW corner had popped up. No response. I called and he hung up on me. I left voicemail and he never responded. On December 22, 2025 I texted a video showing where now a 10 foot section of trim and TPO had popped up and the sheeting underneath was exposed about 3 inches all across the front of the house. After they started the job, they noticed that some of the fascia boards were rotted, and said that it would cost an extra $260 to fix the fascia boards. I agree to that. Then, the foreman said that there were fewer fascia boards than they thought, and it was only going to be $200. I said "Cool!" Finally, after they were all done they realized there was only one board that needed to be replaced, and they only charged me $50. The thing I loved was they were honest, and lowered it to $50 even though I had agreed to pay the $260. Love these guys!
