The gentleman came to give the quote and informed me that just doing the gutter cleaning would be under their minimum so he suggested that I also choose another service. We will definitely be going with them in the future.

They routinely want to reschedule services despite picking dates that work for my schedule. What's worse, once they ask you to reschedule, good luck having the people show up on time or with the needed equipment to complete the job. The past 3-4 times I've used them they show up without the needed ladders to access the roof, with leave blowers that don't work, leave the yard a mess. They also have billing issues where they never send the final invoice and then send you threatening messages about sending you to collections and when you call them to explain you never recieve an invoice, you're told "oh yeah we had a problem with a billing system and none of our customers around that time recieved their invoices. Our bad." Good luck actually speaking to someone at the company. They consistently forward their calls to an answering service who cannot help you. When you finally speak to someone at the company, you get alot of handwavy "they are on their way" types of communication. If google would allow it I would give them zero stars.

I'd gotten a new metal roof 6 years ago so the small 4 inch gutters I had weren't working during hard rains. Ricardo with 2 guys came out as scheduled (which is amazing these days!!!!) They were professional, very courteous, and very hard workers! His price was very reasonable and the cleanup as well. I asked for extra piping so the downspout would drain in a different area. No problem! He charged a small amount to do this but it was a difficult ask as it was next to a large 20 year old tree so roots were an issue but THEY GOT IT DONE! I would definitely recommend.

I reached out to Stewart Roofing in late October and Tim went above and beyond - walking me through how to wrap our chimney to make sure that wasn't the source of the issues, and getting us hooked up with Joe for an assessment. With winter approaching, I was so worried about the standing water above our bathroom ceiling in the attic and possibly having serious water damage. Joe was fabulous! He walked me through a few issues we had, gave me some best guesses as to the source of the water, and offered a couple of solutions to fix the problem. We ended up replacing the entire back half of the roof in mid-November and the leak hasn't been an issue since then. The installation team was a pleasure to work with, very polite and professional and did an excellent job cleaning up. I honestly cannot even put into words the amount of stress that it has lifted off my shoulders not having to worry if the ceiling is going to leak/cave in every time we have heavy rains. From the first phone call I made to the follow up after installation everyone has been a JOY to work with. Thank you so much for taking us on as clients - I just really can't say thank you enough.
