I'm a general contractor and Craig at Victory is the only person I will ever use anymore. I've used him on over 30 jobs and not a single issue. When I call he either answers promptly or if I need to leave a message he will return it usually the same day. I had him out just last week on a remodel project and I was surprised on how many times his phone rang!! Atleast 20 times in the 3 hours he was there. He answered it every time he wasn't 30 feet in the air on a ladder and was writing down customer information in the notepad he pulled from his tool belt. I was joking with him about needing a secretary and he says "I've tried that and customers get poor unhelpful service." With that being said... when his phone isn't ringing.. he is installing the nicest gutters you will ever own. All the corners joints he takes time to cut and form on site. Not like the patched in corner joints a lot of guys use. Also he screws the gutters in with the fancy inside clip things and not those giant ugly nails. I don't write reviews typically but people don't understand the hours and hard work put in when being a contractor. It's a lifestyle and not a 9-5 job. Anyways... he's no BS. They start out with a conversation trying to smooth you. In my case it was about my truck on my driveway, telling me how awesome it is. Schedule an appointment with a measurement specialist and he sticks around for 3-4 hrs try to get you to sign a contract that is way over price. My case it was gutters. $17,000.00 for gutters deluxe 6 inch with guards. At max cost $8-$9,000.00 with another company. But this is the best part. You can make monthly payments for 10 yrs and pay close to $22,000.00. Yea sorry I can do math and they sell your loan to a bank and they get the payment up front just like a car dealer and you now on the hook with a bank payment for 10 yrs. Nice try.... read more

Victory Gutters came highly recommended to us by a roofer, and for good reason! Victory installed 6" gutters with debris covers and downspouts on a family member's house and did such good work. They were incredibly accommodating and patient when we had an installation delay due to uncertainty around extensive fascia board replacement by our (also terrific) roofers. I have a two story house, and I don't trust myself to not injure my self or die by falling off. They came ahead of schedule and worked quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up my yard of all the debris that came off the roof and gutters. They scraped moss off the shingles and sprinkled zinc powder on it to kill it (with what I consider an eco friendly substance.) The guy I talked to was friendly and polite. UPDATE: We ended up hiring Capitol Gutter to come remove/reinstall the gutters, put on the adapters, AND they fixed the issue where water was not getting into the downspout. They also told me that Victory had taken away a downspout that probably shouldn't have been. $300 to finish what Victory should have. read more

I called Victory Gutter to request that they come out and repair the gutters that they had installed. The gutters were falling down due to poor installations such as screw that were too short, spacing that was too far apart. I called them 4 times leaving messages to contact me over a period of three weeks. I have never received any response from them. read more
