He arrived exactly on time for the appointment and provided a bid the same day. I selected his bid out of three because I believe in supporting local, small businesses plus his bid was much more reasonable than the other small business. I also referenced checked the heck out of his company, and the products he uses, and was pleased with my results. When I accepted the bid, he called me right away to set the start date and time. On the day we scheduled, his crew showed up on time, on the dot, and began working. They were pleasant, respectful of my property and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was fun watching them work, they were like a well oiled machine. At the end of the second day, Carlos called to let me know they'd be back for a couple more hours in the am to finish up and to make sure everything was cleaned up. We then arranged a time for me to pay him the balance owed and he showed up on time again. They came at a time I was driving to a dentist appointment. They called to say they were there, approached my husband who was home and he forgot what service we needed. They sold him on additional mold service on our roof I didn't want. He said yes so the bill went from $250 to over $400 which I had not planned on. They did try to call/message me but I was driving and I could not return the message/call. All worked out and they did a good job. Pros: they are good at communicating and won't do an additional service unless you ok it. Did a great job and techs are friendly. They have a website to book your appt as well as call. Cons: They keep your credit card on file. Make sure to take it off if you're not sure you'll use the service again. Make sure you are available to communicate your needs.
