He arrived exactly on time for the appointment and provided a bid the same day. I selected his bid out of three because I believe in supporting local, small businesses plus his bid was much more reasonable than the other small business. I also referenced checked the heck out of his company, and the products he uses, and was pleased with my results. When I accepted the bid, he called me right away to set the start date and time. On the day we scheduled, his crew showed up on time, on the dot, and began working. They were pleasant, respectful of my property and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was fun watching them work, they were like a well oiled machine. At the end of the second day, Carlos called to let me know they'd be back for a couple more hours in the am to finish up and to make sure everything was cleaned up. We then arranged a time for me to pay him the balance owed and he showed up on time again. Such a great company and business model, I highly recommend Charlie Roofing, Carlos was very respectful, appreciative, and a pleasure to work with. He made the whole process pleasant.

Jim checked it out. The drain field was fine and only the septic pipes connecting the tank needed repair. He explained this to the county saving me tens of thousands of dollars. Now, I cannot reach him at all and the business apparently operates with only one contact number - his cell phone - which has a full voicemail box. I wrote him a letter sent with delivery receipt and have not received a reply. I consider the job to be incomplete as we are still experiencing high water alarms, which is why I hired them in the first place. The fact that I can no longer contact them is completely unprofessional and deeply disturbing. If I have problems in the future, I will have to find a brand new company to come out and deal with it. In addition, it looks like his license expired last year, so he did this work without an active license.
