Now, I cannot reach him at all and the business apparently operates with only one contact number - his cell phone - which has a full voicemail box. I wrote him a letter sent with delivery receipt and have not received a reply. I consider the job to be incomplete as we are still experiencing high water alarms, which is why I hired them in the first place. The fact that I can no longer contact them is completely unprofessional and deeply disturbing. If I have problems in the future, I will have to find a brand new company to come out and deal with it. In addition, it looks like his license expired last year, so he did this work without an active license.
