We were scheduled for a few weeks out, but did have to reschedule once due to weather. We got it done in two days, everything went smoothly and the new roof looks fantastic. There are no more leaks and they upgraded all seals around chimney skylight and vents. Roofing is never fun, but working with José made it as good as it could be. Oh yes, the owner inspects all jobs and is your point of contact throughout. They cleaned up very well too. Highly recommended!!!

Mind you, my roof is supposed to have a 50 year warranty. Please don't use this company, go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money! Sad and pathetic, for customer service! 2 thumbs down!

Come March 2025 we had a leak. It took quite a while to get them out for a fix. Come holiday time 2025 the leak which had been fixed was back, so we called. The person we spoke to said they weren't sure if someone could come out that day. We waited three weeks while water was coming into our living room every time it rained for a call back. We had to hire another roofing company to fix the leak. They fixed it in three days. We still have to fix the water damage. Then we got a text in January 2026 asking if we still needed to have someone fix our leak....seriously?!

Its been 15+ days since I originally contacted Peterson NW with no action taken by Bryan after the initial visit to the site. My suggestion is to pass on this company given the lack of courtesy shown in a lack of response and commitment to action.

I got 5 separate bids to evaluate both price as well as gauge who seemed to have their act together and what products they offered. Brandon came to evaluate the space and give us an estimate. He was on time and very thorough. I could tell immediately that he had a level of experience and passion for his craft that the other bidders didn't possess. I've never installed a deck let alone a flat deck that needed to be waterproof so I wanted someone to lend their expertise. He did just that and gave us ideas of what he would do while keeping in mind what we wanted. It was a great experience so we hired them. They got us on the schedule as soon as the weather cooperated. The crew were professional and timely and the final product looks great! Now, time for the railings to be installed by another company. The railings had some other considerations that were tough for someone without experience to navigate. Brandon took it upon himself to interface with the railing people as well which wasn't really even his job. He came by and met with them to get a game plan for installing the railings that worked for everyone. Add to that, we were out of town for the latter part of the project so the hands on care was amazing and set our minds at ease. We came home to an amazing final product. I can't recommend Evergreen and Brandon enough. The professionalism, service, responsiveness and fair price made this the best home improvement project we have done. Don't hesitate to call them for your deck project. They are true professionals and experts in their craft.

I waited almost two months after the repair to write this review because I wanted to be sure it held up. It has. We have had several rainstorms since the repair, and the ceiling is still dry. It was Saturday morning when I called, a real person answered the phone, and within an hour Luis showed up. He inspected the roof (in the rain) and attic, found that the leak was coming from an attic vent, and explained that the shingles had not been properly lapped over the vent flashing. He also took the time to find the right material to match our unusual roof color, then fixed the leak and installed new shingles while it was still drizzling. Luis did a great job. Fast response, clear explanation, a fair price, and most important of all, the repair worked. We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend LBNR Roofing.
