Most places that came in around their price used the cheapest shingles with a shorter warranty period. That coupled with the conversation I had with Bryan sold me. He was knowledgable and seemed to really care about what he does. The roof looks fantastic. They used high quality materials and what I asked for is what I got. Can't say anything better than that. They were on time every morning (much to the teenager's vexation) and cleaned up every day. My driveway was actually cleaner than when they began. They completed the job on time and dead on the budget. I repeat, ON BUDGET. The quote was what they charged me. And to me, that means a lot. Please keep in mind that this is a family business. If they don't call you back straight away they will get back to you as soon as they can. To the review that commented about another roofing company saying they had a bad reputation... They're the competition, probably not an unbiased opinion. Also... We have a structure covering our front porch that always looked like an afterthought. Like it didn't really belong. It was glass and it was always dirty. It was very close to the roof and was clogged with moss and leaves. Bryan and his crew did an excellent job of moving it up, putting plywood down, painting and roofing it. Now it looks like part of the house and I couldn't be happier.

Come March 2025 we had a leak. It took quite a while to get them out for a fix. Come holiday time 2025 the leak which had been fixed was back, so we called. The person we spoke to said they weren't sure if someone could come out that day. We waited three weeks while water was coming into our living room every time it rained for a call back. We had to hire another roofing company to fix the leak. They fixed it in three days. We still have to fix the water damage. Then we got a text in January 2026 asking if we still needed to have someone fix our leak....seriously?!

They were very professional and informative through the whole project. They made a mistake and took ownership of it and came back out to repair it (needed 1-2 more hole vents in my eaves). I selected his bid out of three because I believe in supporting local, small businesses plus his bid was much more reasonable than the other small business. I also referenced checked the heck out of his company, and the products he uses, and was pleased with my results. When I accepted the bid, he called me right away to set the start date and time. On the day we scheduled, his crew showed up on time, on the dot, and began working. They were pleasant, respectful of my property and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was fun watching them work, they were like a well oiled machine. At the end of the second day, Carlos called to let me know they'd be back for a couple more hours in the am to finish up and to make sure everything was cleaned up. They are extremely professional, the guys that they hire are extremely cautious of your plants and landscape below the roof. They are quiet while they work. Really the only noise is them tearing off the old roof and hand nailing the new one on. We had solar panels that were installed incorrectly by a company that has gone bankrupt. The guys were very careful not to ruin even one of the panels while removing them. We are keeping them for other projects. Keith is amazing and very compassionate. He really listened to our problems and accommodated us. He came to the job site to check on his crew and roof after they were done. He made sure that we were satisfied with the job that they did. If you need anything done with your roof you should definitely consider them. We will be using them again in the future.

It is a life time roof but things do happen The other day I noticed a tile with a large piece missing. Why we did not have a rain leak is a head scratcher. I called A-1 as they are one of the few roofers who know how to walk on and repair a tile roof. Many make that claim. Most are clueless. They came out the next day and a man named Tom Hall went up and fixed it in minutes, free of charge (a very small job but important one)! He also pointed out, with photos, a number of broken tiles that were in need of repair. I was not surprised. We agreed to have these repairs made and, on the basis it was compeleted before the end of August and the start of the "monsoons". He said he'd work us in between the bigger jobs they had. A day later, he indeed worked us in long before my August dead line. The roof was fixed and is now "tight". The response to the initial repair and the larger repair was much quicker than I anticipated. I also felt condifent in Tom's advice and comments about what needed to be done. No hard sell. Just got it done.

They destroyed my flower bed and all the potted plants around my house there's roofing debris on every plant. my lavender is squished I had to completely take out my Veronica and mums. They broke branches off the tree next to my drive way then shoved the branches back up into the tree as if I wouldn't notice. There was hot Cheetos in my flower bed. They parked on my grass. Even though we parked in the street for them. My whole garage is covered in sawdust and nails my laundry room is in my garage so I have to rewash all that laundry. I was helping a friend out holding some of her kitchen items and now she has to toss all that stuff. And to top it all off it's the next day at 5pm and the owner/manager hasn't shown up yet even though he was contacted this morning.
