This leak is causing quite a lot of damage and he is unresponsive. I have removed some of the damaged drywall but there is quite a bit more to be remdeiated. My insurance company won't cover the damage. My contract with him included a 10-year warranty for workmanship and forty years for the metal roof materials. And yet, six years after the installation, he refuses to honor his warranty and come fix the problem. This company, and the owner, are not honest and honorable. They wiil take your money for the job, and never honor the warranty. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOP WEATHER ROOFING!

They told me last year that they would return to make some repairs but didn't show up. I notified the company that hired them and then the owner sent me an email that the roof was inspected when installed so there isn't anything wrong with it. I have shingles that have shifted and buckled plus roofing isn't secured around windows so water goes underneath the shingles. To avoid further damage to my roof two different roofing companies told me it's difficult to repair half of the roof that wasn't secured properly and would be easier to replace the roof. I've tried to give them the option of making the repairs before I have to hire another roofing company. I was advised to take them to court for the replacement costs.

I'm greatly impressed with their work. The pressure washing was done flawlessly. There was an noticeable difference on my driveway(see pic). It's also really affordable. Of course, no company is perfect. So what I didn't like all too much was how I wasn't notified when there's a cancellation on mowings. I had to email them to ask. But they do respond to the email quickly. It'd just be nice if I stay in the loop. Overall, Hired does an outstanding job. I honestly don't know of a company that's better and cheaper. Chris came very highly recommended from a co-worker so after talking to two other landscape companies I hired Chris on the spot. Chris has done an amazing job & has been extremely punctional other than 2 weeks or so ago he had a family emergency which was more important and he did text me to let me know he would be off for a few days helping with his son. Great, professional young man.
