It would be putting it lightly to say he blew the other contractors out of the water. Nearly the moment he stepped foot in our house to see our bathroom project I knew his company was exactly what I was looking for. You can immediately tell that they highly value their customers by the way they communicate with them. Greg responded very quickly to my e-mails, and stayed in constant contact as our project schedule became closer. He was quick to problem solve any issues, and he made us seem like we were his most important customer during our project even though it was a small job. They did an incredibly job with our renovation and their skill was evident, even in the small details of the project. They basically thought of everything. They turned our ugly beige 90's bathroom into a beautiful farm-house inspired piece of art and easily tackled the challenges of our nearly 100 year old house. Most importantly, they are just all around good people with good hearts who do great work. I genuinely enjoyed talking with them, and I think my dog might have wanted to go home with them at the end of the day. We plan on making them our only contractor for our projects, and see them as a valuable resource to our area.

I had what I thought was an issue about our tile roof that would require a complete replacement…read more Every roofing contractor that came suggested an expensive replacement, some without going on the roof to inspect, those who got on the roof but didn't take any pictures or moving a single tile. Jonathan was different. He was all about details and was scrupulous. He took pictures to show me areas that, down the road, may need work. He commented on the cracked screws around the vent cover, the broken seal around the skylight, the flashing being clean, the current condition of the underlayment, the protective metal shield along the perimeter of the house installed by the previous owner, etc. In spite of some minor issues, he concluded that the roof is in good condition and no repair or replacement is necessary. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection when offered . He explained well and was pleasant. We appreciate his expert advice and will definitely work with him in the future for maintenance and/or replacement when the time is right. Thank you, Jonathan LaMoine and Ben for your help. We contacted LeMoine Roofing in December of 2022 to look at a leak we had on our porch of the house…read morewe just purchased in November. Jonathan came over and checked everything out, giving us the unfortunate update that we had a lot more issues than we actually knew. When he inspected our roof for a quote, he is the ONLY roofer who took pictures to explain to us what was going on up there. He is also the ONLY roofer who followed up with us after receiving the quote. We had a small legal battle due to our inspector being negligent which is why we didn't know about any of these roofing issues. We did some research on the products they were going to use and after everything we found out it was a clear choice for us on who to proceed with. We signed a contract with them in January and we just completed our roof and gutter installation before the end of March. There was a lot more damage than what we expected which made us even more grateful that we had Jonathan and his team working on our home. He communicated with us the entire time with daily updates on their progress. We are so grateful to LeMoine Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. We can't wait for more housing projects in the future and will absolutely be giving them a call.

BEWARE! We visited Rough Cut Sheds in Thurston Co. We were favorably impressed with the sheds we…read moresaw, and with Ron. Ron drew us a rough diagram (which included windows) and which was a basic design agreeable to us. We made a down payment. Ron told us we'd have the shed in 10-12 weeks. Ron seems like a very nice guy as long as everything goes his way! If it doesn't, we found, he is not at all customer-friendly. It is important to get an extremely detailed drawing of the shed, and an extremely detailed contract from him. Both his drawing and his contracts lack important details we unfortunately later realized. During the 10-12 weeks we tried to reach Ron a few times to clarify our shed details, concerned that the drawing was inadequate. It was hard to reach him and when we did he seemed disinterested, unwilling to discuss details. We then provided him drawings to make sure we were on the same page with what we had discussed for our design weeks back. He barely acknowledged the drawings if at all. In asking after status of our project, he was noncommittal. It was 15 or more weeks before the shed was finally delivered. Delivery price on arrival was at least double the cost he had estimated at our initial visit. And, although he had told us we could select different windows which we did (and paid for, and had delivered to him) he did not subtract cost of windows he would have used from our remaining balance. Thus, we paid for windows twice! The exterior step which we'd agreed upon was missing on delivery. The door opened in the direction opposite to what I had requested; he told me his design was better! An exterior wall board, a few days later, popped free at the base. The interior wall-attached sitting-bench legs were too weak to support the bench which bowed substantially if sat upon. Ron suggested I get someone in Seattle to make the needed repairs, and that he would reimburse me. I got a local carpenter to do the repairs and sent Ron the invoice with photos of the work for reimbursement. Hearing nothing back from Ron, I called. Ron got quite angry and hung up the phone. I've called back again to get this resolved. It has been akin to dealing with Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde! Ron has steadfastly refused to reimburse me--as he three times promised to do--for the board, the bench, and the step, and the door repairs. Since then, the door latch has also stopped working and the door does not close. He has been rude and hangs up on me although I've been most patient and courteous in calling as to status of the reimbursement. He hangs up after making very angry untrue statements and personally insulting comments to me. I would encourage exercising extreme CAUTION in dealing with Rough Cut Sheds!! Ron has a way of turning questions and legitimate issues back on his customer. He refuses to accept responsibility for issues with his work and has quite limited communication skill, in our experience.

Warning do not use this company! We had them remodeled our bathroom 5yrs ago. The shower water line…read morefailed. Due to low quality work and parts. I called them to come out to repair the work. The works wanted us to pay them cash to only reroute the shower. We chose to use another company. When they opened everything up they were shocked to see the work was done so poorly. Everything had to be redone.

I DO NOT recommend this company. They cut corners, used substandard and even inappropriate…read morematerials and supplies (example white sheet rock instead of mold/mildew resistant sheetrock in the bathroom/shower and WET sheetrock they left outside my home in the rain for a week, as examples). They damaged my carpets and refused to repair them, they put holes in my walls (not walls being worked on) and said they were there before (but I have photos of before they entered my home and--no holes!), they used unqualified men whom I could not communicate with as they also did not speak english, they used non licensed guys to do plumbing from Juan's team of at least 10 different men who came and went in my home...sometimes the licensed plumbers did the work but when they were not available the contractor's "team" just "took care of it"...I have many photos of this. They had no knowledge of proper use of dust barriers and mold and mildew mitigation, and they contaminated ALL my clothing, curtains, carpets and entire home duct work (which had to be professionally cleaned) having left severe mold uncleaned and untreated OPEN to spread in my entire home for three weeks. They threw so much debris and contaminants in my yard that it ruined my grass and they contaminated my organic gardens. I am a disabled Veteran and qualified for a federal grant with Habitat for Humanity Thurston County, WA and they hired In n Out construction as the subcontractor to replace ONE small 10x5 foot bathroom for which they were paid about $35ishK. I have over 100 photos and videos of Juan and his workers at my home conducting their work and doing things wrong. I have emails, contracts and texts I am willing to show anyone who is considering using In n Out construction. I implore you NOT to use this company especially if you are elderly, disabled or otherwise disenfranchised and may be vulnerable to misinformation/being taken advantage of. I begged Habitat for Humanity many times in writing to please fire this company as they were causing so much destruction and contamination in my home; but they refused and things just got worse and worse as the 7-10 day project carried into SIX WEEKS. Habitat for Humanity spent another six months entering my home to FIX the plumbing, painting, drywall issues and problems caused by In n Out construction. Juan is very very nice fellow when you meet him and says things like; "if you are nice to me I will be nice to you". On the first week or so I made all his guys cupcakes and muffins to greet them when they arrived...thinking this would be a normal construction job. I did get an "off" feeling thought and I advised Habitat that Juan had delivered my washer and dryer from Lowes just a few months before they asked him to do construction work. I asked if he was a delivery guy or a contractor out of work that was also a Lowes delivery guy?...and if so was he qualified to work with a disabled Vet with PTSD?...everyone knew I used oxygen, had anxiety/PTSD and needed this job to go fast. BUT Juan took the job, gutted my bathroom, left all the moldy walls exposed and untreated and then his foreman went on vacation to a wedding (as I recall) for a week and noone returned to my home for about 10 days (which is when the contract was to be completed). THEN when they did return Juan told me the shower that was ordered would not be "in" until after the new year BUT he had this other one on had he could use "right away" BUT he would have to tear out a wall for it to fit. BUT he would give me a good price on a new vanity (that I did not need) as long as I kept it between him and me and did not tell Habitat for Humanity. Of course I told Habitat and they agreed to pay for it because I felt I had NO CHOICE but to use the shower Juan had because he (everyone) knew I did not have another working shower/bath so I would have to go two months without a shower/bath. In retrospect I believe Juan never even ordered the correct shower insert that fit the spot and that he just wanted to increase his contract $$$ with Habitat by tearing out walls...NEVER considering even one time that it would take more time and create mental health/anxiety issues for me. Juan just wanted the contract and did not consider even once how it may impact the homeowner and my pets. Juan took this job with a vulnerable person (me) without ever considering my needs...he just wanted the job and ripped everything out of my bath then walked away for 10 days and when they returned even more problems began. Pictures show the window they replaced poorly and placed the window UNDER the electrical conduit that ran outside my home (which did NOT pass LNI inspection), venting debris into my gardens, ripped carpets, debris in my yard, wet sheetrock, exposed and untreated mold, debris they left everywhere every nite and a shower in yard for a week. Both Habitat for Humanity of Thurston County and In N Out construction should be ashamed of themselves.

The job ran longer than expected but I kind of expected that. I think it was because of this that he asked for another 1000.00 halfway through the job. They did have a minor accident involving some spilled paint on my shake roof but assured me that he would clean it up and retreat the affected area. At the end of the job I ended up wanting to give his crew a tip for their work. I was pretty impressed with the job they did so I gave them 200 each and thanked them. Chuck arranged to have the roof repair done and I paid him the balance with an extra 300.00. That turned out to be a mistake as they never came back to repair the roof. I left a voice mail and 2 emails but its been a year now and its still not done. Liked their work. Just make sure the work is finished before paying and relying on promises.
