Meanwhile I got two other companies to show up and give me quotes which only takes 20 minutes max! Monday came, 10:30 I finally called to ask where they were as they were 30 minutes late..... he said he meant to call me and they couldn't make it!! Could we schedule for a later in the week date!! Omg I'm normally reserved but I was not happy and he got an ear full. I have sent so many people to them. Never again.

Come March 2025 we had a leak. It took quite a while to get them out for a fix. Come holiday time 2025 the leak which had been fixed was back, so we called. The person we spoke to said they weren't sure if someone could come out that day. We waited three weeks while water was coming into our living room every time it rained for a call back. We had to hire another roofing company to fix the leak. They fixed it in three days. We still have to fix the water damage. Then we got a text in January 2026 asking if we still needed to have someone fix our leak....seriously?!

My suggestion is to pass on this company given the lack of courtesy shown in a lack of response and commitment to action.
