I had what I thought was an issue about our tile roof that would require a complete replacement…read more Every roofing contractor that came suggested an expensive replacement, some without going on the roof to inspect, those who got on the roof but didn't take any pictures or moving a single tile. Jonathan was different. He was all about details and was scrupulous. He took pictures to show me areas that, down the road, may need work. He commented on the cracked screws around the vent cover, the broken seal around the skylight, the flashing being clean, the current condition of the underlayment, the protective metal shield along the perimeter of the house installed by the previous owner, etc. In spite of some minor issues, he concluded that the roof is in good condition and no repair or replacement is necessary. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection when offered . He explained well and was pleasant. We appreciate his expert advice and will definitely work with him in the future for maintenance and/or replacement when the time is right. Thank you, Jonathan LaMoine and Ben for your help. Yes, I recommend the company for any roofing work.

Jonathan came over and checked everything out, giving us the unfortunate update that we had a lot more issues than we actually knew. When he inspected our roof for a quote, he is the ONLY roofer who took pictures to explain to us what was going on up there. He is also the ONLY roofer who followed up with us after receiving the quote. We had a small legal battle due to our inspector being negligent which is why we didn't know about any of these roofing issues. We did some research on the products they were going to use and after everything we found out it was a clear choice for us on who to proceed with. We signed a contract with them in January and we just completed our roof and gutter installation before the end of March. There was a lot more damage than what we expected which made us even more grateful that we had Jonathan and his team working on our home. He communicated with us the entire time with daily updates on their progress. We are so grateful to LeMoine Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. We can't wait for more housing projects in the future and will absolutely be giving them a call.

They completed the project efficiently and we are pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Pro End Painting!

I paid a little more than originally quoted but I still thought it was a fair deal considering. His company did the most awesome job for us. I know those bushes were pushing on the neighbors fence and it was stressing me out. The price was so spot on and perfect for what they did. I also asked him to rototill and amend the soil with top quality amendments. We had talked about the 4 cu yards I would need. He arrived with his crew and they started clearing while Calmo went to pick up the plants I had purchased along with the amendments. He returned and we laid out the plants. I noticed he had not brought the rototiller or the soil amendment and asked. He skipped my question. He asked if I had planned on landscape fabric or bark chips. He said he had bark chips. I had not intended on it, but had 8 bags in the garage. He said we needed 20 more. I was getting frustrated that our visions were not meshing. We bought more mulch. Skipping to the end, my yard looks nicer, but I did not get what I wanted. He tried to push me towards getting sod and also having him put in a sprinkler system. I appreciate the work he did but feel like the communication was not great.

We shared this with Juan and from that point on he and his team kept our daughter at the forefront of every design and build decision they made. Finally, the crew were so kind and respectful. They worked so hard through cold and rain to get the job done and they left our yard better than they found it.
