The work was much more than a mow and rake, we needed vegetation removed, or relocated, had a lot of in-ground concrete that had to go, etc. YDR completed everything asked of them. The only rub is that I could have used a little more communication as scope adjustments happened in relation to cost, but this is not unique to YDR, and there were certainly opportunities, in retrospect, where I could have begun or clarified those conversations. Reggie and his team have gained my complete trust and confidence. Reggie is clearly experienced and has excellent judgment in terms of what needs to get done to achieve the look you're going for while addressing your concerns. For us, we were extremely focused on protecting our old growth trees so everything was done my hand to protect the root systems. We also wanted to maximize privacy and prep an area for more fencing--Reggie achieved both. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives advice any ISA arborist would as well. Again, his professional judgment is spot on. He will be doing many more projects with us and we look forward to working with him and his team.
